Pete and Kamala above Warren, ugh. 👎

IMO Top 5 is good.  There's a ton of time and Warren is well positioned for a run.   She's already taken very public oppo hits and survived.   Only Bernie can really say the same.   Biden is going to get hit hard (it's already started) and Mayor Pete and Kamala are going to have the shine taken off a bit.

Yeah, Warren is still in a good position.  I bet she’s in a lot of voters top 3.

Warren is to liberals as the Decemberists are to hipsters.

She's nobody's favorite, but in order to maintain your woke street cred, you have to say you like her and that she's a policy genius. She doesn't have a chance.

I like most of her policies but I like her right where she is. I also like the Decemberists.

Prediction: Warren will either win or get 2nd in the black vote. She's gotten a lot of attention from my peeps the last few weeks with her proposals and her speech at NAN conference. Bernie still doesn't know how to speak to black voters.

Guarantee that person watches MSNBC twenty hours a day and attended the women's march with a "If Hillary had won, we'd be at brunch now" sign.

It's okay to admit that she's just using this run for publicity.

imo, among certain people it is more becoming to have a bad reputation rather than a good one.

I think if this was simply a brand building exercise she would be out there saying the same mealymouthed horseshit as Beta and Mayor Pete.  She wouldn't do or say things that will obviously result in backlash from the media and the radlibs.

Warren just finished speaking. She was the only candidate that got a standing ovation.

Sanders/Warren 2020 wins the electoral college 538-0 against Trump. Then Bernie ushers in a socialist utopia and when he, the Glorious Leader, ascends to heaven as the scriptures have foretold, Warren moves up and makes herself General Secretary for life. Anything less than this is unacceptable.

Here' a link to the forum. Warren was the last speaker. She had the place sounding like a black church on Sunday. I'm telling you she has a great chance to consolidate the black vote.

I like Warren but all these centrist shitbags latching onto her campaign is making me skeptical.

She's also getting the attention of progressives on twitter.

I like Stoller but he and Mehdi are definitely committed capitalists like Liz.  These people want to tame and reform something that cannot be tamed.

/b_t probably

No way. The BROS want to SILENCE women, so scheduling events to compete with theirs is PRAXIS

The media ignores them? It's all they've been talking about since Donald Trump won.

This is true.

I'm struggling to find WHY Biden is running.

Bernie has a vision

Warren has PLANS

Harris is running on girl and POC power (which is pretty powerful in the era of Trump's white man politics)

Biden....thinks its his turn? Just hates Trump? Is afraid the Democratic Party is going too far left for his taste? I find the same issue with Beto and Booker and Castro and Klobuchar.  WHY ARE YOU FUCKING RUNNING?

Yes, because my big brain can only handle that Warren fucking blew the roof off the event.  #SHEtheperson

Here's the video (his section is at 2 hours, 14 minutes in). I didn't watch it because I was going to the Bernie rally.

That event was hosted by the anti-gay bigot Joy Reid and was attended by an army of corncobs.  They booed him for mentioning that he marched with MLK.  These people are permanently brain damaged.

Trying to divine intentions of anyone running for public office is a fool's errand. Why is Bernie running when (supposedly) in 2016 he only ran because Warren wouldn't, when Warren is running this time? Why are people (Beto, Pete, Klobuchar) running without a clear platform or defining policy/angle? Obama had the clearest "here is why I'm running" message of my lifetime (Hope and Change) and outside of the ACA, was mostly a status quo president. If you start by assuming that they all want to be president because anyone at that level of politics is narcissistic (in the sense that they believe they can do it better than anyone) and ambitious, you're going to be right about 99% of the time.

Outside of obviously corrupt outliers like Trump, talking yourself into someone because you believe their "why" is on the same level as voting for the person you want to have a beer with.

Joe's logo sucks. Who is Jo?
