Could have predicted the Sanchez [emoji378].  Peacock only good for one time thru the lineup.

We can’t afford to not get guys home from second with no outs. 2 innings in a row now.

481’ on that Sanchez bomb

Here’s mine
I’m not sure why Myles moved on that Sanchez bomb.
I sure as hell didn’t, other than to hang my head.

I will be out in about that same are tomorrow night

They still had a good run going. Were damn near the first team to 50 wins even with all the injuries.

Guess the pitching has finally caught up to the new guys.

Altuve is back … Just saw a clip of Springer in AAA smashing a homer. Just relax. it's a long ass season.

It can't hurt.

Paxton is 4-3 this year, but when we hit against him at this point in the season he looks like he should be 10-0

They are doing him too many favors. He walked two in a row earlier and then the next three batters swung at every piece of shit he tossed up.

Paxton has grooved two first pitch 95 mph fast balls right down the middle of the plate the last two times to Alvarez and he just stood there looking at them.  For the rest of the at bats Alvarez saw nothing but junk.

Be ready next at bat.

Alvarez, fuck man!!! Three times in row. Get up there ready to swing the stick.

It will be nice when Yordan has some protection behind him like Brantley or Correa.

what did they kick him out for ?

If I was pitcher in the MLB my book would say for Alvarez:  Fastball for a strike and junk, junk, junk....ad nauseum.

Need to get Paxton out of the game next inning.
They used a lot pitchers in what was a seemingly easy win and even if we don’t get the bullpen tonight, should bode well tomorrow and Sunday.

what did they kick out for ?

I’m not sure

Some Yankees fans below were calling them out.

Trying to throw something on the field I think.

Or just being assholes.... but then the whole stadium would be empty

Well just look at 'em. Begging to be tossed. Giant beer in one hand , Yankees hat on backwards (speculation) and wearing a Yankee's jersey. What else do you need to surmise that this guys is an asshole?

peacock looking strong, except for a a bad pitch to sanchez

That was actually a pretty good pitch.. Just a cunt hair below the zone with movement. Sanchez did a hell of job going down there to get that one. I won't blame Peacock for that one.

Alvarez needs to turn the tables a bit and start thinking about mashing those first pitch fastballs he’s seeing.

Lulz, Sanchez is so bad at catching the ball

C’mon Josh, drive the fucking ball here

Nope, weak opposite field liner

swing the fucking bat

if you're a call up, you have to be swing at that pitch fuuuuuuuuck

Doubt that’s a huge factor in his paycheck.

Should be. His lack of glove cost them game 6 in the ALCS in Houston when they had Altuve dead to rights trying to score on Correa's single. Cost them a World Series bid.

Got 4 strikes and still won’t swing the bat, fucking Straw is fast and that’s where it ends.

Those were some really shitty ABs by Straw and Chirinos.

3 out of 6 innings a guy on 2nd and no outs and no runs.

Get it together

Getting it together requires Springer and Correa back. The Astros AAA All Star team has been one of the best teams in baseball for about a month or so.

Clutch hitting is why those guys get 100 million $ contracts. Not everyone can do that.

This was a damn good start by Peacock. The homer to Sanchez wasn’t a mistake, he just blasted a good pitch (he’s good). We’ve wasted too many scoring opportunities.

And why the aaa players are still in aaa.

Good job, Brad.

I still think you should be in the pen.

He will be there in the playoffs

Bregman is popping everything up
Altuve is grounding everything on the infield.

Yes we have too many AAA being asked to contribute but our all-stars need to play like one as well

he's a regular season starter, no doubt

I love Peacock .He's nasty and smart. He is tossing up 83 mph lollipops to MLB hitters and they stand there and look!!!? But them he can bring heat up to 95 when he needs it. Batters don't know whether to wind their ass or scratch their watch.
