  1. Past hour
  2. Man I'm sick of the "he's different" argument. The difference is he's playing like shit.
  3. Jack Endries and Parker Livingstone can save us. Wonder why they weren't given more reps or had their numbers called more yesterday. They did great against San Jose
  4. We don't have a servicable starter either. This isn't last year where we were getting B-grade QB play from a third year starter and the fans thought the backup who had functionally no college experience could come in and be an A down the stretch playing for championships. We're getting an F right now. There is absolutely no way Caldwell, Owens, or Lacey would be this bad. I'd keep Lacey out because I wouldn't be interested in throwing a true freshman to the wolves but Caldwell is an experienced FBS QB and Owens is in his second year in the system. One of them can definitely hit the easy, schemed open underneath/intermediate throws and execute at replacement level in the RPO game. Pair that with this defense and we can at least grind out a 9-3 type year that, while obviously a step back from the past couple years, isn't a setback. Right now we're spiraling into the kind of 6-6/7-5, black saturday at the Cotton Bowl kind of territory that cedes some of the ground the program gained over the past few years. There is no downside.
  5. But it’s just words!!! I guess that applies only in specific situations. the other issue is that, keeping to political speech and actions, when right wing folks demand things of the left, there is often capitulation under the umbrella of practice what you preach or be better than them. But when the left demand similar of the right, they say fuck you. So only one side gets harmed in the exchange.
  6. What’s the point of watching Arch have another bad game. He’s going to magically do a 180 this week? I don’t buy it. I’d start Caldwell next week. He’ll need the reps for Fla and OU.
  7. But did you see that we had success in our punt return game? Arch just needs to settle down and we will be fine. /Sark
  8. I don't think it's fair to try to spike the ball there over Ewers, when this isn't the same Arch we saw playing last season.
  9. And all around winner
  10. Not that I like or agree with coordinated efforts to open people up to harassment, threats, and loss of employment (especially when it appears that absolutely zero effort is being made to distinguish between those truly celebrating a man's death in gross ways and those merely pushing back on the MLK meets Jesus narrative being pushed), it's hard to have a ton of sympathy for people who, somehow, still don't understand that social media is written in ink and is seen by way more people than you realize.
  11. Fact-Checking Elon Musk’s Response to Our Investigation on Boring’s Houston Flood Tunnel Plan — ProPublica This will end well, imo.
  12. Moore was out there a lot
  13. lmao this is exactly what i was thinking when it happened, deadass.
  14. That's fair. It's possible I'm just mentally discounting RBs because I'm not certain a backfield of Bijan, Jamaal and D'Onta Foreman would set the word on fire behind this OL
  15. Quinn fucking sucked too. Are you too stupid to realize that? Quinn and arch and Sark have held this team back
  16. @BurntOrange&White your first in line! Suck it dry and don’t spill drop!!
  17. TexasGolf

    A&M at ND

Yep and I think pig beats them this year
  18. It’s over anyway. Sark not being able to develop Quinn (he got worse each year) and not being able to develop a manning is all you need and the narrative is done. You absolutely cannot continue playing manning that is not seeing wide open receivers and cannot complete easy passes. One guy isn’t bigger than the offense, this team, or this program. and honestly who gives a fuck about his reputation as a QB developer/whisper.
