  1. Past hour
  2. This ND/Stanford game is shit
  3. That too. Going to OT with two bad teams eats away at your brownie points for playing OSU.
  4. Oh I thought you meant as helping us...
  5. Is this for real or a Photoshop?
  6. The Tokyo Toe is 24-24 now with this one. IMG_0192.mov
  7. Exactly. The main effect of leaving us out, despite clearly looking like a top 10 for the second half of the season, is that no one is going to schedule those tough OOC matchups early on which is going to hurt the sport as a whole
  8. If the reports are correct, Trump told Japan to chill the fuck out about defending Taiwan, so I think we know where that's headed. Also, I have absolutely no doubt he wouldn't give a fuck about Taiwan, even though it would completely wreck our economy, because he doesn't understand simple economics and why Taiwan is so important. Everything is just fucking real estate to him, that can be traded away.
  9. We also lost to a very bad 4-8 Florida team. That's important.
  10. So if we were 11-1 like the Aggies but our only loss was Florida, some of you think we shouldn’t be in? My position isn’t so much that we should be in on merit but that what motivates better games. I agree that the Florida loss is bad.
  11. All those W's in the top 12 with the only blemish belonging to Aggy, it is the best of times and somehow the worst of times too.
  12. ND and OU have no business being there.
  13. Yep shit happens, and I’ll keep saying it, if you go 9-3 with this schedule and you kick the dogshit out of most of those 9 wins you don’t have as much ground to make up due to perception.
  14. Agreed. ND and their independent status can take a long hike off a short pier.
  15. Sure, change the rules at the end of the game. How fucking stupid would that be?
  16. I think it goes to conference record which we have over Vandy given the head to head. But I agree that they'll prefer a Manning and Texas to Vandy.
  17. Right. Tulane and JMU make the playoffs.
  18. I think both can be true. We shouldn’t schedule premier OOC games moving forward because SEC is 9 game schedules. Those premier games will come in playoffs and even a chance to host them. While also saying the loss to Florida was inexcusable and the real season we are in this situation
  19. Yeah, I fucked that up. I thought they only had two losses before today.
  20. I wasn’t calling you a ruff ruff dog I was calling you a dog like hey man or dude or whatever. But yeah accuse me of no substantive response after I’ve given several in a row. Buy sell use hold or don’t buy sell use or hold BTC I don’t give a fuck.
  21. The answer is always OU if it's about hurting them.
  22. Dumb question amnesty, what exactly is expected when the committee says you "won't be punished" for scheduling a tough OOC game that results in a loss? It seems like people are asking to completely disregard the loss and treat it as if Texas only has two losses, and then compare them against other 2-loss teams, in some cases where they have H2H result. Asking to go that route seems like an unrealistic expectation.
  23. I will forever hold that ND has no business in the playoff until they join a fucking conference. Almost sad we didn’t choose to do the same before the transition to the SEC to further expose the bullshit nature of their position and potentially force a change.
  24. In no season from 1900-2023 would a team who lost 3 games feel angry about not getting to play for a championship game. We were all rooting for the scenarios, but it didn't happen. We all realize this team can beat half the playoff teams, but the cards didn't go our way. It's dumb and excessive that 12 teams get to play for a championship anyway. A point illuminated by the fact that we might have both North Texas and JMU simultaneously in the playoff if Duke wins next weekend. Gotta let it go at some point.
