  5. I think I posted these on the old site propped up on my desk. Forty years old this year. Justin’s C7470.
  6. Now that’s an idea whose time has come.
  7. I watched a couple of episodes last night and heard the original Ramones' "I Wanna Be Sedated" so they definitely have some of the original music.
  8. I Still use Winamp regularly on my bedroom tv through a twenty year old self built media computer. 5 gigs? 😆
  9. I've seen a family of bald eagles at Briar Forest and Buffalo Bayou just east of Gessner for the past three years. Pretty cool.
  10. Dug around in the fridge this morning to see what I could do. I found half of a large chicken breast, 2/3 of a link of Burton pork and beef sausage, a qt of stock, onions, celery and red and green bell peppers, What to do, what to do?
  11. Great show. I watched it regularly back in the day. As mentioned earlier upthread, the classic music from the original has noticeably been changed and is a little jarring at times. I don't remember what song it was, but I noticed it sounded familiar yet it still took me a few moments to identify - it was a little bit distracting. Lastly, as Ychang correctly pointed out, Janine Turner was absolutely gorgeous in a decidedly non-glamorous role.
  12. $4.99 at my local. I get one every couple of weeks, eat it at lunch or dinner, shred the meat and use the carcass for stock and the meat for soups, sandwiches, tacos, casseroles, etc etc etc. The last one I picked up was easily half again bigger than any grocery rotisserie chicken.
  13. Chicken Soup Homemade stock (obviously) Fresh chicken, carrots, onion, snow peas, celery, mushrooms, lemongrass Frozen pork and shrimp dumplings, okra, corn Dried noodles, kaffir lime leaves, piquin pepper flakes, Garnish cilantro, green onions
  14. All of that. He earned that money for last year when he was subbing for ... checks notes ... Jose Fucking Altuve for the first two months of the season. He played great and absolutely what was needed. Kind of a weird place to start pinching pennies. God bless him. Pay him.
  15. "I don't believe you." -Ron Burgundy
  16. How could I resist! Tastes more like steak than Lay’s bbq to be honest.

    Right movie. Wrong scene.
  18. Talk about your “First World Problems”! Are you worried the poolside sommelier won’t be able to find you before the bubbly goes flat?
  19. I'm guessing he used the microphone and that's the best Siri could do.
