  1. “Phil Donahue? We thought this was a Phil Collins concert.”
  2. That’s a lot of words to say you passed up a ‘96 Grand Cherokee.
  3. Holy shit he’s fucking stupid. I voted by mail in the 90s and I’ve got older relatives who voted by mail long before COVID hit. World’s richest man telling the whole world he’s a dumbass and trying to get likes from guys who live in their mom’s basement instead of partying on some private island or mega yacht in the Mediterranean or something. Bravo Elmo, bravo. edit: and he still doesn’t understand how the First Amendment works.
  4. I’m assuming he won’t be driving a company vehicle going forward, since he’d have to be employed by said company to drive it.
  5. All they had to do was say they were American citizens, let them take a peek, and they would have been through the checkpoint a minute or two later. We’ve went through those checkpoints a dozen times in the past ten years or so, and the only time we get any actual scrutiny is when any of our Hispanic in-laws are with us. Even then it’s just an extra minute or two. These were two white guys in a work truck. They could have been through the checkpoint just as quickly as we get through them.
  6. Guess you haven’t been to the border in decades. Supreme Court said those checkpoints are fine, and Abbott and Co. love them.
  7. Yep. The GOP is nothing but a bunch of scared assholes chasing after the votes of complete dumbasses who freak out at the sight of brown people.
  8. Holy shit he’s 17? I thought he was like 13 or something and was planning on illegally voting. And he brags about Gen Z like that’s something to be proud of. He would curl up in a ball and cry like a baby if he had to deal with the shit that Gen X did. Us Gen Xers, when we were 11 or 12, we knew exactly how many 11 or 12 year-olds were needed to take down a healthy male hitchhiker between the ages of 18-25 and then dispose of the body.
  9. He doesn’t understand how weather works. Category 5 hurricanes are typically rarer than most, but if there are multiple hurricane hitting 160 mph, then they will all be classified as category 5 hurricanes, it’s not like the NWS/NOAA is rationing out classifications or warnings and can look ahead and see just how many really bad weather events are going to happen.
  10. She’s going against what Trump has publicly and privately said, so I don’t know how forgiving MAGA will be of her.

  12. These dumbfucks scream about wanting the border secure, then freak out when traveling by the border and dealing with the consequences.
  13. Are you talking about South Austin’s mom?
  14. I’m intrigued. There’s plenty of untapped source material. This is their project from the start.
  15. But the account is racist as hell.
