  6. Richard Rainwater $3B. He was the biggest of them all.
  7. Partied my ass off in his bar Drew Pearson's88 , off Walnut Hill area of Dallas circa '94. Every Sunday during those SB years, his place was rocking. Between that, Humperdinks and the Village..Ha! good times.
  8. Moved from Dallas to Fairhope AL (along the gulf coast) on the eastern shore of Mobile Bay, 20 years ago. Born and raised in SoCal, 15 years in Dallas (4 in Austin of course). Work moved me here , met my wife here and never looked back. I get back to Dallas for work about every 60 days or so, but Overall I love the Mayberry feel. Quiet, no traffic, close to the beach, low cost of living, custom built house across from the bay, but I couldn’t /wouldn’t want to be another track home in Frisco. Kids are plugged in , same issues as anywhere but overall not bad.
  9. Adding Alfred Collins to the Defensive front rounds out this Front 7 nicely. I like the idea of Broughton, Coburn, Sweat, Ojomo and Graham.
  10. No way dude. sugar bowl is sec territory. They were a whisker away from sec title. UGA is a name school. Don’t be ridiculous.

  13. Looking for suggestions for the best Marriott properties. I have a shit ton of points and would like to see what the Surly recommends. I have been on the Marriott website a bunch but wanted to see what experiences you have had.
  14. Growing up in Southern CA in the 70's-80's I was spoiled to get to listen to Vin Sculley Dodger games. His partner was Jerry Dogget. I spent a great deal of my youth listening in bed at night to the line up of Lopes, Russell, Cey, Garvey and Baker. Don't forget Chick Hern either...my grandmother called him Chickey Baby. Those were great memories listening to those announcers during great Championship runs of that era. Then we moved to Dallas and the wheels fell off my sports youth. Aside from a Mavs run, the Cowboys, Rangers, Mavs of the mid to late 80's were brutal compared to what i grew up on.

    Trey Hopkins

Good for him. Just signed a 3 year extension. Went undrafted out of Texas and has become starting center. Earned himself another contract Great to see Texas OL doing well In the League. Grinded it out for 3 years on practice squad and backup duty before breaking out. https://www.bengals.com/news/bengals-sign-c-trey-hopkins-to-contract-extension
