  1. Wonder? For as long as I've been aware of Deion Sanders its been blatantly clear that the most important thing in Deion's life has been the promotion of Deion Sanders.
  2. Aggy have filed an official complaint that the rules for mutton busting were unclear.
  3. I jumped on OSU moneyline a couple weeks ago @+133. I'm guessing I can probably wait til tomorrow and get aggy ML at about the same odds to guarantee a small profit. But fuck that, I don't think aggy is gonna be close in this one. I'm hoping Gundy directs a snuff film out there tomorrow.
  4. It's why Al Gore invented the internet. Long game
  5. I sat in a Bama section for that game and had no issues. Was hoping to mix it up with that psycho milf but no such luck.
  6. The document referenced in that tweet has been floating around for a couple years now as evidenced by this article dated 12/21: https://www.miamiherald.com/news/local/crime/article256740662.html This hyperlink in the article leads to the exact same URL/document.
  7. And that's all it will take for 100% of the rubes that have voted for that dipshit to feel validated. Things like actual evidence have no place in the realm of alternative facts. It's why the campaign started spouting lies from day 1. Ignoring reality is the cornerstone of the GQP. Nobody is changing their mind about Trump at this point. The election is just a turnout contest.
  8. Cant say I've watched them a ton this year, but they were fun as hell to watch last year when they were making their run. Always nice to bring back almost the entirety of your squad from a final 4 run.
  9. No credit if he's already dead in 23
  10. My bad, I was conflating last year's team with Beards first year. Must be all the eggnog from last night. regardless, your endless bitching about Terry is a fucking beating. Its doesn't improve the board. Alas, as intellectually stimulating as this debate is, I'm being dragged off to a wide-e-wide style tour of christmas decorations my sister thought we would enjoy, so I must bow out. My apologies to the board for awakening the beast. most aggy dont have the victim complex that you do.
  11. Lulz. Terry won as many tournament games in his first season as UT head coach as Barnes did in his last 7 seasons at UT. We wont even talk about Shaka. This team, this year has nearly an identical resume as last years team at the same point in the season, so I'm not sure why a wait and see attitude is so unreasonable. There are actually a few of us that may be skeptical of Terry this season, but a lot of us were skeptical last year and it turned out all right. But since we don't have....checks notes...~25 posts on the last page alone, maybe our skepticism goes unnoticed by you.
  12. major fucking lulz at this one. Nobody is attacking you. "lets wait and see" is not an attack. Seriously, start at post #3528 and identify the one guy getting worked up. If this latest rant does result in "pages of furious and combative posts" my guess is 3/4 of them will be yours. Nobody cares. A lot of us agree Terry wasn't the ideal hire, but he is the coach this season, so we might as well see how things develop now that Disu is back and contributing. We're 0-0 in conference. RT ain't going anywhere next week or the week afterwards, yet something tells me we're going to hear this rant after every game we lose (and we will lose games, almighty Beard went 10-8 in his lone conf season here). The thing about Pomeroy's system is that he uses past data to predict future results. If you concede that a healthy Disu makes Texas a better team, its not unreasonable to think we might exceed the results predicted by a system using data where Disu was not playing. If Texas posts an 0-18 conference record, RT will probably get fired. If we go 18-0, he probably gets a raise. Its likely we fall somewhere between those extremes and some of us are interested in seeing how it plays out.
  13. There is a lot of confusion on this matter. The signed GOR contracts are available(both the original agreement in 2013 and the amended agreement in 2016). In fact, the ACC included both executed agreements as attachments in their recent lawsuit legal filing against Florida State (attachments 2 and 8). https://portal-nc.tylertech.cloud/Portal/DocumentViewer/Embedded/7EE579943065AF027D5BA70948F080A911BB6B71F58FB029A1018C457FB3EE340A4E594CED412BA9AC82767016D4FA81336AD1A9034421E230E5ED2C4418C09D?caseNum=23CV040918-590 What is being kept under lock and key by the ACC is the multimedia agreement between the ACC and ESPN.
  14. he's not afraid to pull the trigger. That being said, J'Covan was a career 39.8/35.0/86.7 shooter and Max's stats for the season heading into todays game were 47.1/41.1/94.1
  15. That was great D by Brock there. Gonna miss that dude in a few years when he retires.
  16. So what are you claiming is inaccurate? He references an article in The Athletic that links to the 2013 GOR document from the ACC: https://cdn.theathletic.com/app/uploads/2022/07/01185531/ACC-Grant-of-Rights-1.pdf Here's the 2016 amendment: https://theosceola.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/07/2016-AMENDMENT-ACC-Grant-of-Rights-Agmt.pdf
  17. I have no idea if this accurate, but it would make more sense to me https://www.cougarboard.com/board/message.html?id=32248650
  18. They are probably still paying him as well.
  19. Thats some crazy shit. I joked upthread about not having a .pdf copy of the agreement, but apparently that is not allowed. Who the fuck agreed to be bound by a contract with a $500M exit fee and without being able to have a copy of your own. Or more accurately, how the fuck do you convince every school to sign that fucking thing. The insanity of college athletics never ceases to amaze me.
  20. Those daughters should consider it a blessing to have their deacon's saggy purity balls dragged across their face. It's God's will.
