  1. Tell your friends to pass on to management that there is no good reason for NOT having the “chicken oysters” at the B&M location, like they do at the trailer. It’s like an order of tenders, but with boneless, skin ON chicken thighs. They are amazing. I have no clue why they don’t feature them at T22. I mean, they fry boneless thighs for one of their sandwiches.
  2. El Dorado Cafe is a solid option in this area.
  3. The wall and immigration courts have nothing to do with this caravan, if you are paying attention.
  4. The prosecution’s jury argument and opening statements are not evidence, so legally, there is nothing admissible about them. Ethically, if I was a prosecutor, I would never take contradictory positions like this. However, the rules on this are well-settled. They can do exactly what they did here. The solution is to stop voting for any mouth-breather running for DA or judge who just jumps around yelling “TOUGH ON CRIME!!!!” non-stop.
  5. Skimmed the thread, but didn’t see Sack’s defense of the “felony DWI” accusation that was questioned by the board.
  6. Don’t forget the many thousands (or more) “souls” destroyed by IVF facilities. I’m sure you are adamant about that too?
  7. Isn’t the caravan an annual thing where these people basically, arch across Central America, through Mexico, and to the Border, in order to draw attention to the human rights violations, etc? And when they get to the border, they go to a designated entry, request admission, get denied, and then go home? Also, if a bunch of people were trying to illegally enter a country, they sure as fuck wouldn’t do it byforming a huge caravan with alot of media coverage. If they did all attempt to enter at an entry point illegally, they would easily be stopped by some regular border patrol agents. These dipshits act like it’s some medieval battle strategy of just flooding the enemy with sheer numbers, overwhelming them. tl;dr - Our country has a bunch of morons in it, and unfortunately, they vote.
  8. Lol at “biggest stadium we can find”. This place holds 10k people.
  9. The earlier references to burgers in Plano got me thinking back to my childhood, and how much Country Burger was a part of my life. Love that place. Fun fact: Back in the 80’s/90’s, the Plano City Jail did not have any kitchen facilities, so they just brought you Country Burger to your cell twice a day. Also, didn’t read the whole thread, but my favorite overall burger in the Austin area is the Big Ass Burger at Roaring Fork. 2/3 pounds and cooked over wood. It’s legit.
  10. Whoa. I was told that those do not exists
  11. I’m pos repping this, assuming that it’s a Big Trouble In Little China reference.
  12. Yep. Receivers bailed him out a LOT today. Of course, I’m hyper-aware of this because I’ve seen the same shit from Sam frequently this season, but I’m apparently in the minority when discussing Sam’s accuracy. To me, they are both AVERAGE QB’’s. However Sam is a fucking badass, GREAT football player, and we have to have him to win any games of significance. Thanks god it appears that we won’t be without him for the next game. My heart and liver can’t take much more of what we saw today.
  13. This post nails it, IMO. I don’t think that Shane necessarily sucks or is not better than what showed today. To me, he is just a terrible fit for this offensive system. Our insistence on throwing on 2nd and long for a good part of the game was killing us. We scored a TD on the first drive where we ran on the first two downs and then threw on the next first. This offense needs to heavily rely on Ingram, IMO. I actually feel the same even when Sam is out there. Ingram is just special.
  14. Not sure, but I got an email targeted at attorneys asking for volunteers for several positions. I believe one of them was poll worker. I don’t think being an attorney is required at all, but yeah, it’s all volunteers for poll workers, observers and hotline staffing.
  15. It’s not always about convincing the other side to switch their vote. It’s often about just getting them to not give as much of a shit to show up and wait in line for “their guy”. To me, that’s what attack ads can do.
  16. We don’t even have casinos, can’t buy liquor on Sundays, and had a really tough time legalizing scratch off lottery tickets. I’m not optimistic about weed here. What I want to see is reform regarding concentrate. $100 pack of gummies from Colorado gets you a plea bargain offer of 20+ years in Pampa, assuming you have no criminal history. The shit should not be any different on the DEA Schedule than “regular” marijuana is.
  17. So, a Republican Senator, from a state which was kinda the bellcow for MJ legalization, is the SOLE source for this article? And the message is “Hey, trust us, the President is going to legalize weed...but only after you all vote for us...I pinky swear.”
  18. Pics of Tri-Delt Mom please? I’m not even asking the daughters, because I’m not an asshole.
  19. Pics of Mom with triple D’s Please.
  20. Do Anabaptists get their children vaccinated?
  21. Yep. I needed the Kavanaugh shares to grade and redeem about it 3 days earlier than they did, because my plan was always to take off of those earnings and dump them on Cruz’ re-election “Yes” shares. Price ticked up quite a bit in that span. I still put in a somewhat lowball offer. If I don’t get a bite soon, Plan B is to just go all in on “Trump will be the 2020 GOP nomineee”. It was around or just under $.70 last I checked.
  22. So you disagree with all of Kavanaugh’s GOP backers who believe that she was attacked at some point, but that she is mistaken, incorrect or lying about the identity of her attacker? I mean, you have heard that defense being screamed out for two weeks now, right? I can go find some mention in a WSJ article (that I’m not dumb enough to pay for) possibly if you need assistance.
  23. Based on the study, it would seem that weed should be illegal for teens, just like alcohol is. Other than that, this shouldn’t really move the needle for anyone.
  24. You are correct. I should have said “non-zero amount”. It’s tiny %. Tiny enough, that if it were up to me, he would just give it all back or whatever. As you noted earlier regarding J Street, Cruz will take any insignifican shit like this and run attacks on it. ETA, that in the big picture, it’s not a big deal, but I just have little, if any faith in the electorate to see through that shit.
