  1. I wonder if that fat fuck Ari Wasserman is rethinking his aggy is a “top 3 or 5” job bullshit if the runner up leaves to be the DC at Syracuse. A reminder that aggy thought Elko wouldn’t leave for anything less a top half SEC HC job and he ended up at Duke.
  2. What’s up with Visek? Did they send him to work out in a barn in Siberia?
  3. Recent thread highlights: - Arch won’t transfer because he’s dicked down most of Nueces Street. - Surly dads cutting $10k a semester checks to ZTA/Theta/Kappa/ Pi Phi/ Chi O are keeping their fingers crossed. - Surly calls bullshit and needs evidence. Break in care of emergency glass : Derp with video camera. - Random WRs are in the portal but not really because the portal doesn’t open until Monday. - Happy 30th birthday Casey Thompson! Did I miss anything?
  4. Looks like a “clean feed” call tonight. I can’t blame Herbie. Vegas to Atlanta at like 11 pm MST sounds like it would suck.
  5. The rabbit remains elusive. I think I received my sorry for the technical difficulties gift today. Michter’s 10, CYPB, and ETL. No complaints. The Michter’s office 10 is the second bottle they’ve sold me this year. But they’re very late on OF Birthday, and couple weeks late on MWND. I know Spec’s switched distributors this year, and I think we’re seeing the bumps in the road.
  6. Agree with BigD on Old Forester 100. It’s terrific and really cheap. I’d buy that for yourself. Old Overholt Barrel Strength is $91 at Spec’s. Pretty good Kentucky rye in a pretty nice bottle.
  7. That certainly reads like Brown and Robinson grew up together in Camden. Brown probably needs a splashy DC hire. Many ‘Cuse fans wanted the Holy Cross HC. He’s going to need all the help he can get to put all the orange BB’s in the box.
  8. I believe in 2016 the SEC approached CBS and asked them to rework their deal. I believe CBS was paying $7 million for every 230 game. CBS declined. The SEC responded by telling CBS they wouldn’t consider their bid when the current deal expired. ESPN wisely didn’t bid against themselves and got a pretty good deal.
  9. India going full DGAF like Russia, China, and Iran. That’s just great.
  10. So an in line TE while Washington is the flex. I guess in the cycles where you can’t find/land a Sanders this is the way to go. Helm has been a very nice surprise. I wish we could find another.
  11. I understand Elko is fat, I understand he’s busy, but everyone has 20 minutes to get a suit tailored.
  12. I don’t like quoting Bud Elliott, but I’ll do it again. He said on Cover 3 pod that the SEC lesser thans voted for more money and 2 additional losses on their schedule when they admitted Texas and OU. UF is desperately afraid of being left behind. FSU has it humming, and their conference is adding 2 teams that are currently recruiting Florida very well. To borrow an aggy term, UF is at the precipice.
  13. Geaux Tigers? I thought LSU fan had a monopoly on schedule bitching. Though, aggy is trying pretty had to get in on that.
  14. The mental gymnastics here are stunning. They don’t play Georgia, Bama, Tennessee, Ole Miss, or OU next year. I guess Mizzou turning their program around was a bad beat for them. I’m sure they insisted on the LSU game, so that one is squarely on them.
  15. “Game control” and “eye test” are the reasons Oregon supporters have given for their ranking above Texas. Neither are real things.
  16. My concern is that the committee has filled in their brackets in with a Sharpie. Georgia, Michigan, PAC Champion, and SEC Champion. Georgia has wins over Number 9 Mizzou and Number 11 Ole Miss. Pretty good resume. Plenty of precedent for SEC runner up/second best team to make the CFP. Bama would have the best win of the year if they beat Georgia, and they’d be the Sec Champs. In the committee’s opinion, Michigan has the best current win over Ohio State. I don’t think they’ll lose to Iowa, but I also think it might not matter except for seeding. I think the committee is praying for Michigan to win, Louisville to win, and especially praying for Georgia to beat Bama to avoid some difficult explanations.
  17. So the CFB drops Ohio State 4 spots for a “competitive loss” to Michigan on the road. How many would Michigan drop if Iowa beats them 9-7?
  18. Sure but at a certain point, his age becomes prohibitive. Is aggy going to want to hire a nearly 60 year old coach? I’m not sure.
  19. I’ll probably summon NoName by saying it, but Traylor is the absolute best hire Coug High can make. He’d be their best on the field coach since Pardee, and he’d of course recruit the hell of East Texas. He’s beloved at the THSCA, so you better believe coaches in Greater Houston and San Antonio will send him their best under the radar kids. Personally, I think he should wait on piggy. I don’t see anyway Pittman can dig himself out this hole + beat Texas.
  20. Broadening his reach to South Asian coeds. Respect the game.
