Pollard has some holes in his game, but when there's a hole in the defense, no one else exploits it better.

We need his explosiveness, this team especially, until Gallup can prove he's back.  We need his long speed, but yea, he's not the smartest player....

Dak and the rookie TE get one!!!!

If he was just a mediocre pass protector instead of the absolute shit show he is he would be an easy top 5 back in the league.

I think he would break if he averaged 21-24 touches a game...... I think his usage has been pretty decent this year with save maybe the Washington game.

Both Hendershot and Ferguson were wide open. Good way to close this game out.

Obvious running down so the play pass was a great call. If only Moore used his noggin like that more often.

So many rip on Dak--and he did have a couple of questionable decisions--but most of those failed drives were the result of boneheaded plays by his teammates (penalties, the fumble) or not even being given a chance to get the first down because the play call was a run against a defense playing run.

All of this. Even when rush was in there was some bad playmaking decisions. Running when they should pass. And the reverse.

And yeah Dak wasn’t the sharpest…course he wasn’t. But when drives stalled it was more about the penalties and bad execution or play calling.

BTW anyone seeing the NFC east? They might go 3-0 in the early slated. Could be solid wins too.

Interesting how Noah Brown was targeted more than any other Cowboys receiver today, had a decent day with 5 catches, could have been more.

Gallup drew a big fat goose egg on two targets. Not a great sign, but maybe a lot to do with Dak not being in sync.

Dak has 2 weeks to get back into a rhythm before we play a team with a pulse. Still not too worried about him.

The lions had a bye and 14 days to prepare for us while we had a late night hard fought game in Philly. Some of that showed on the early game here. The lions benefitted from the extra time to prep and rest, but they’re still a bad team who cratered in the end. Frustrating how the giants and Philly can’t lose a game.

Dak not being in sync is being nice. The Cowboys played much worse than the final score today and Dak was an absolute disaster.

What the fuck game were you watching?  Dallas didn't play their best but they weren't bad and Dak wasn't really the issue today.... He wasn't even in the top 5.  Penalties, OL breakdowns, a fumble inside the 3 yard line, some questionable play calling, etc, etc.  Dak didn't turn the ball over (although he got away with 2-3 throws), got them in scoring position multiple times, and had a decent passing line.  This isn't last year, we're not nearly as explosive and we're not calling the game as aggressively....
