I’d be interested in a drop comparisons between those two as well. I suspect Sayin’s receivers comprehend their job description (and position title) better.

What run support is Sayin getting that Arch is not both from his OC calling for runs and the actual performance of the running backs? Ohio State averages 161.8 yards per game running the ball. They have 9 more rushing TDs than us.

Sark said Wingo could be just as good as smith or Ryan Williams.

Arkansas gives up 180 a game.  We better go for 200

We should but we won't. If Tre gets positive yards on his first couple of runs then maybe we run it more. If he gets stuffed early, Sark will Sark the game plan like he did last week in the 2nd half and we'll get pass happy.

Wisner was averaging like 6 yards a carry in the first two series and we still went to pass only for some reason.

Maybe I misheard but Sark said he was trying to run Tre when it was 14-10 who got stuffed for a loss of 8 and then we didn't get the ball back until we were down big and the game called for throws.

Sarkisian is full of shit. We made no serious effort to run the ball last week. Fucking joke.

I wish I thought you were correct, and I would love to see it. However, we were successful in the early against Georgia and then apparently forgot rushing plays were even an option.

If we end up getting a long TD run in the first quarter Sark will view the RB obligations as complete for the game.

Julian Sayin is passing at 80.14% on the season with only 4 turnovers and less attempts. Arch is playing fine but come on.

Julian Sayin has an OL, RB with actual carries and WRs and TEs who actually catch the ball. All that in addition to an OC with a clue, come on.

No, the answer to that is despite playing for the worst offense in college football Arch is performing on par with the best as a QB and individual contributor.

The inability to recognize how amazing this is, is not at all surprising coming from this crowd.

No argument but the Heisman is about results. Right now ole buddy is head and shoulders. That's no slight on Arch. Just showing how good he is playing right now.

That tweet or post was more pointing out the insanity of bashing Arch when his numbers are very comparable to Sayin. Not supporting he should be a candidate.

The point is that because he’s a Manning, he’ll always be under more scrutiny. But you’re on a roll this week so make whatever point you want despite what I wrote.

Dude- There is nothing wrong with Arch's numbers, but Sayin is almost 20 completion points better with more yards and less attempts. That's crazy. The best completion percentage in the history of college football is Shedeur Sanders at 71.8%, and Sayin is 9% better that. Historically good. Let's acknowledge how great dude is playing.

Arch played like crap for quite a few games but he’s obviously figured something out.  Hes pretty good.  As good as sayin?  Idk. Sayin don’t get to play with guys like Moore and wisner

There are more uses and misuses of the word obtuse on this site than the rest of the internet combined.

Arch is royalty. Heavy is the head. With his privilege as football royalty, he must take on more criticism and scrutiny. In the end, he wouldn't trade it to be anonymous because it provides him more opportunities than most.

It very easy to perceive the use of heavy is the crown as describing burden on a king that is a requirement of the job. In Arch's case he didn't over throw any other kings. Yes he is from what one might consider royalty but unrealistic expectations are not of his own creation. Rather it is fans and media that created this false narrative. As such, using the term heavy is the crown is holding Arch responsible for the expectations and certainly doesn't sound like a support of him, even though that was your ham fisted attempt.

You know, I'm not even sure at this point and I'd be lying if I said I truly cared.

I'll just give you the win and own being an idiot or whatever terms satisfy me of my obligations.

I haven't gotten a lot of that this year.

Yep. It's almost like he's improving by leaps & bounds and the game is slowing down for him with all these game reps.

Who could have possibly seen that coming?

sark needs to think about what does he really want for next year as bringing Arch back will be an easy way to get fired.

Bust. Period. Full stop landing. It's year 3 in this system. Have to test the waters in the portal this off-season for an OC and QB.

Arch needs to go back to Lowsy-ana.  Major Applewhite was the better QB from New Orleans.  Cut his NIL.  Bench his ass.  Make him transfer.  He sucks.  Chris Sims was a way better legacy.

We clearly did not watch the same game tonight.  Arch was ass.  Pure and simple.

We should have been at least trying Caldwell out earlier & throughout this season.  Now it's too late & Sark has tied his anchor to a very average-at-best QB.

It's going to be a very rough go from here on out, till Arch leaves campus.

It’s for this year. Where they still have w chance.  Riding it out with arch just makes this season worse and hurts another future too if he doesn’t improve.  We really could start Caldwell and juts see.  If there no improvement go back to arch. Not like he could play worse.

As much love I have for Archibald Manning (I'm from the New Orleans area too), he is ass. Good kid, but he isn't gonna cut it as a premier D1 QB.

We better hope Dia Bell stays committed and this injury he has doesn't slow him down next season. We need to go in the portal and get oline and a QB or fucking something.

I can excuse a guy running for his life and still trying to make throws down the field like in the Florida game. I can’t excuse missing wide open 5 yard drags and throwing it at guys feet. I’m not sure that Caldwell will be an improvement but there is literally no harm in trying. We won’t get any worse on that side of the ball. Will it ‘scare away’ Arch and his camp? So fucking be it.

I still stand by him not being consistent enough a passer right now.

yes he’s balled out today and STILL missed easy throws.  He needs to get better at that.

you’re acting like we said he sucked.  I didn’t. I said he doesn’t but simple throws well enough and that’s STILL true.

BTW it was a problem against Georgia and most likely will pop up in the Aggy game too.

he does so much shit well that I’m sorry I’m frustrated he misses a fucking slant by a mile. Or crossers to this day.

no you just said that he should be benched. but keep doubling and tripling down on it, that’s a great plan. 👌🏼
