Jesus shit, Addison.

I thought he wanted Dykes

I no longer care what we did last year. It is not the same team. It’s not even the same sark as last year. All bets are off as to our last two games. Praying we crush Arky and Aggie but if we don’t it’s on Sark. At least there are no more bye weeks for us to suck coming out of anymore. Hook’em! 🤘🏼 now with the pressure off we can win our last two regular season games and Sark can politic all he wants about how we belong in the playoffs but we just proved last night we do not.

Take away the helmet, take away the names, and just give the stats to anyone that remotely know football, and their first suggestion for this team would be to hire a new OC.

Trivial things that please the ever living shit out of you

Oh they absolutely do. -
Didn't CDC want to hire Franklin, but was overruled by the money? Eltife and his cronies?
-
If so, I'm pretty sure he drove it here from the Bahamas.
-
I've never liked him and I've always thought he has overperformed due to systemic advantages from the donor and brand base.

This is fucking comically stupid. We lost to Florida and struggled desperately to win against MSU and Kentucky, beat UTEP by 17 points got beaten like a red headed step child by Georgia and couldn't do shit offensively against OSU. We wouldn't easily go 12-0 if we played in the AAC.

Gosh. Hope he will be ok. Damn. Terrible news.

agree that he isn't a great head coach. both in terms of strategy and prep for all three phases, as well as gameday management itself. 1 - Kirby values special teams, that is clear. He puts them in position to make game altering plays. I promise you that makes them play hard more often than not. Sark doesn't give a shit about special teams. He took points of the board from our struggling kicker last year and F'ed up the 4th down call. That is a excellent window into his mindset. He doesn't grasp the importance of all three phases of the game. Could be due to his OC responsibilities, sure, could just be the job is bigger than him. 2 - Kirby understands MO. he makes critical calls to capture momentum and use it. This is college football and guys liek Smart and Saban best understand this. Sark treat gameday decisions from his culture-building viewpoint. "All gas no breaks" instead of taking points. He defends this by stating as much, something to the tune of "i don't want to shake the confidence of my offense by not going for it". Or see point 1. Someday you will need your receiving team to be ready for the onside kick. Someday you will need your kicker to win the game. Its no mistake both of these issues directly cost of us 1 victory against Georgia and greatly contributed to the loss yesterday. Sark is not a good CEO tl;dr Give Mack all the shit you want - over time he developed good gameday management abilities. His kickers were clutch, his special teams made game altering plays, and he (over time, I know) learned how to influence a game with all three phases. What he lacked was a winning mentality that needed legendary leadership from the QB position to overcome. The reality is there aren't many coaches at all who are everything. Saban and Smart are the only two I can think of. Day had to get relieved of his playcalling duties or he was gonna get fired. Elko? LSU asshole can't even think of his name? Oregon's HC seems consistently on point. IU has their guy who preaches execution. Just fucking look at Indiana man. 3 years I believe and that dude has a legit top 10 team. Coaching matters and I love Sark but he isn't a good HC.

Yeah not a good look.

Not from Beaumont But once left natchitoches dropped off roommate in shreveport. Picked up gf and drove straight to El Paso. Other stopping at a chilis (or applebee or something. Don't remember) I don't think we were stopped for more than ten minutes for gas and restroom breaks. I want to say that I left after my final exam for college at noon. And got El Paso around 5 or 6 the next morning.

Nice decision there, Josh.

Cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, etc.)
scramblyn replied to surlybevo's topic in Business and Markets
I already pivoted it's a commodity like gold (and explained why I was wrong), but it's not a currency. and if it were, tell me this, when was the last time you spent BTC on mundane goods or services? when did you buy a car with it? when did you buy a house with it? it's theoretical underpinnings may be there for it to be a currency but the vast majority who hold it do not treat it like a currency, including you. -
GJ Kinne: The next great offensive mind of CFB?
Hook1997 replied to GreenspointTexas's topic in Football
Kinne should have jumped ship if he had a chance last year. Him and Taylor would have been smart to leave, those jobs are very hard to succeed consistently at. -
Does he have a bitchen camero?

Cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, etc.)
scramblyn replied to surlybevo's topic in Business and Markets
you are correct, I pivoted to commodity. I was thinking about how I hold BTC which is through an ETF which is a security and got turned around a bit. the actual bitcoin itself is not a security in the pure sense. if you compare currency, security and commodity, BTC acts like a commodity (like gold for example) more than the other two. the lack of practical utility is what throws everyone off, but it is no way shape or form predominately used as a currency, despite it's original premise upon its creation. -
There are 70 players on the roster from Texas. Helo is a dumbshit. Water is wet.

I kinda did. Which is why I was blissfully high the bulk of the game. I expected more out of Sark than I should have and it’s on me. He can either be a detail oriented HC with his fingers in multiple pies and not be an OC or he can strictly be an OC. And I’ve not seen him be a HC where he ain’t the OC. And in my heart I know he won’t give that up. That leaves us in a predicament. If he doesn’t make major adjustments the offseason. I knew he couldn’t do both but I allowed the lure of his talent to deceive me this year. He has had zero answer for much of anything since Baxter went down against Ohio State and it shows imo.

Any value Roberson provides is overwhelmingly overshadowed by his proclivity for boneheaded plays He needs all of his NIL revoked and if he decides to stay, cool, otherwise, adios mofo.
