Nvm. I'm set, of course. Still in the throngs of asking for help at the first sign of adversity.

I liked most of them, except Derka #3. I don't know what that was all about.

The whole thing just sucks. Getting all of the details will take time and it will probably make it more heart-wrenching for the family to see what led to this. Senseless violence like this is, well, don’t have the words to say how sad it is.

Could this be the craziest coaching carousel of all time?
UpperWestside replied to GreenspointTexas's topic in Football
No do not find OSU to be relevant right now. I say exactly what I think. I always have. OSU football is now on one of the bottom rungs. Again I find that people do not like what they are emotionally invested in to hear someone say something they do not like. I have just never cared about things like this. We’re good right now and five years from now we might not have Dillingham and we might get to go back to being everyone’s homecoming opponent like you are at the moment. You have a deeper emotional and likely monetary investment than I do on this stuff. You look at the current landscape and see it differently than me and that’s okay. -

And Houston fans think the refs were bad. JV and Jokic both fouled out.

Hahaha! Please, tell me this was intentional, I miss the days when conspiracies were fun, like the mysterious spate of unexplained spontaneous combustions plaguing the nation back in the 1980s. It always seemed to happen to people living in trailer parks for some inexplicable reason. 🤔

I dont watch Shadeur much but when i do i see a guy who makes some impressive offschedule throws. Hes got decent size and nice touch. He just doesnt seem coachable and brings the sideshow. His ceiling is Jameis Winston. The NFL is cruel and he’ll be lured into plenty of traps and get hurt. Has almost no chance in Cleveland. Add him to the pile

2025-26 Houston Rockets Thread - Back to Contention?

The overhead shot showed it very clearly. Hard fought game but Jokic and JV fouled out so I don't want to hear about fouls. -
The war in the Black Sea absolutely exposes Russian weaknesses and serves a lesson how to defeat a superior opponent, using technology and smart strategies. The Russian offensive operations in the Black Sea have completely reversed. In stage one they launched a blockade against Odesa, Ukraine. The sinking of the Russian flagship, Moskva, abruptly ended this operation. Russians were forced to break off their blockade and withdraw to the occupied peninsula of Crimea. In the second stage Russians tried to hold the line, while firing long-range missiles into Ukraine. The Russian-occupied harbour of Sevastopol, Russian-occupied Ukraine, was the lynchpin of this operation. When Ukrainian long-range missile destroyed the Russian headquarters along the submarine Rostov-on-Don in August 2024 and other warships in this sector, this operation fell apart. Again, Russians were forced to further retreat. The third and current stage started with the withdrawal of the Russian Black Sea fleet back to Russia, making Novorossiysk the new headquarters. The operations from there has been similar to those conducted from Sevastopol. The greater distance to the combat zones in Ukraine should have made things easier, but the last weeks proved otherwise. New drones have penetrated Russian defenses and struck Novorossiysk multiple times, including Russian air defense assets The strike today against the Russian submarine "Varshavyanka" marks the beginning of the end of Russia's last naval holdout in this region. Russians will never ever feel safe anywhere in the Black Sea. Together with raids against Russian shadow fleet tankers, this will further complicate Russian abilities to wage war against Ukraine, as well as any other states in the Black Sea region. I wouldn't be surprised when Moscow will soon "offer" a naval truce. For the Asia-Pacific region this development will be of great importance. From the comments First, the Japanese sank the original admiral Makarov, and the Ukrainians sank the ship Admiral Makarov, which was christened in his honor.

The Ukrainian general staff has confirmed that the Astrakhan gas processing station was struck last night. Locals reported of explosions and unusual fires have been seen on videos. NASA FIRMS map detected a large heat source after the strikes. The damage assessment is underway. Aside from processing gas, the station feeds from the Caspian Pipeline Consortium (CPC), connecting natural gas transports from Tengiz, Kazakhstan, to Novorossiysk, Russia. Ukrainian forces already struck facilities of that pipeline in the past.

Red Breast 12 YO. Neat. Need another distraction from prepping for a meeting tomorrow. Surly, a movie on my iPad and a nice whiskey. I'm never gonna get this meeting agenda done.
