  4. You see how Miami held them to 14 while scoring 24? Yea we scored 7.
  5. He's lucky they allowed him to sit there. Ticket or not, in decades past certain sections wouldn't allow you in wearing Texas gear. Their stadium, their asshole rules.
  6. You know what they are going to call all of this one day? Evidence
  7. ESPN had Miami at 94% chance to win when OSU was 5 yards from turning it into a 3-point game, which seemed absurd. I fully expected a Cristobal special.
  8. Two questions... How in the hell did we lose to Buckeye? How will aggy spin this game to inflate their wrinkly little ego sacks?
  9. You don"t know what is in his heart. I can understand not liking religion but not liking faith? I 'm going to need three Lord's Prayers from you , and obviously a Hail Mary. Sinner! Happy New Year!

  12. Considering I’m at a bar in Dallas right now and was just offered some 10 minutes ago, I’m going to say yes.
  13. Ars TechnicaHere we go again: Retiring coal plant forced to stay open...This time, a Colorado plant scheduled to shut down will be kept on standby. Spoiler The Commission shall ensure that such order requires generation, delivery, interchange, or transmission of electric energy only during hours necessary to meet the emergency and serve the public interest, and, to the maximum extent practicable, is consistent with any applicable Federal, State, or local environmental law or regulation and minimizes any adverse environmental impacts. At the moment, coal-fueled generation is more expensive than anything other than nuclear power, and is far and away the dirtiest form of generation. Its airborne pollution is responsible for a significant number of deaths in the US, and it leaves behind solid waste that is rich in toxic metals. It’s difficult to square those financial and health costs with serving the public interest. Yet the Trump Administration has relied heavily on declaring energy emergencies in its attempt to keep coal afloat despite the economics. A check of the use of similar emergency orders shows that, in the past year, the Administration has declared 16 energy emergencies—more than the entire total declared between 2008 and 2024. The Administration’s reliance on this sort of emergency declaration is in the process of being challenged in court, though. Several states and a collection of environmental organizations recently filed a suit that argues that the administration is misusing what’s meant to be a response to temporary emergencies by simply renewing the orders indefinitely, as it has with a coal plant in Michigan that has been forced to remain open well past the summer demand surge that the DOE initially used as its justification.
  14. I remember a comedian in the early 90s who wondered why no one ever blames God after a loss. “We would have won if Jesus hadn’t made me fumble.”

  17. How do you beat Carson Beck when he can see the whole field without turning his head????
  18. That's about how I remember it.
  19. It's so funny that the last time they had a good DL was when.... Oh, that's right, that was the last time they were paying their players under the table! Lulz.
  20. I used to try and argue Texas/OU as the best cfb rivalry but the more I'm exposed to and the older I get I just can't have anything above tOSU/Mich. The level of hate... it's... it's fucking insurmountable. It makes me proud to be a college football fan.
  21. So does graduating high school in 1988.
  22. Is he okay? Has he offered up his couch as a holocaust?
