  1. Old growth hardwood is already almost impossible to (hand) nail.
  2. Do they still hang navy types from the yardarm? Because that captain should be hung from the yardarm.
  3. This isn't a problem with just Austin. Its well known that it is almost impossible to build any major infrastructure on time and on budget anywhere in the US. Bridges, electrical transmission lines, pipelines, highways, mass transit, etc. Its a problem everywhere.
  4. Well, to be fair, the lege has been busy destroying public education, keeping trans out of the wrong bathroom, and giving tax breaks to oligarchs. They can't do everything.
  5. Nobody answered your question, that I saw. Yes, you need two trees of different varieties. And yes, it will take a number of years before you get fruit. If you do start to get fruit, you will probably want to cover with a bird net. Corn, being a grass, is wind pollinated. Which means you need to have a large area, square area. A row or two won't pollinate very well or at all. Soon enough they won't care about the snakes anymore either. Move em around, and trade em out with each other might help. Birds are smart yo. Especially crows and mocking birds. Seems the bigger and more obnoxious the bird, the smarter they are.
  6. Remarkable at how predictable it is.
  7. Who are the most popular democrats right now? I'd guess AOC and Buttigieg, the same ones are actually, forcefully, calling out R's bullshit the loudest. Not a coincidence imo.
  8. Anybody laying odds it gets stuck trying to leave. Also, that wrap :vomit
  9. snake color palette matches the clothing of the course official. Or should I say the clothing of the course official matches the snake. snake people, what the hell kind of snake is that? Indigo?
  10. Another suburban family morning Grandmother screaming at the wall We have to shout above the din of our rice krispies Can't hear anything at all
  11. Well, when whites control the vast majority of farms, both in number and total acreage, it is to be expected that more attacks will be against them. Has anybody done any sort of bivariate analysis of the percentage of white/black farms and number of attacks on white/black farms? (I honestly don't know). Since all the dOTarD administration does is lie, then everything they say has to be considered a lie. They say whites are being targeted? Probably a lie, unless actual evidence is presented, of which I haven't really seen any. If you have actual evidence of that occurring, I'll look at it with an open mind. But even if white farmers are being disproportionately attacked by blacks, is that really genocide?
  12. In high school, they brought a bunch of convicts to our school, and they talked to us about prison life. They acted all tough, and got in a few kids' faces who were smarting off. Not sure it really did any good. Probably about as useless as the DARE program.
  13. Go change the channel. Oh, while you're up, light me a cigarette.
  14. ^^^ 11, 10, 3, 12 9, 6, 7, 8 4, 5, 2, 1
  15. I don't think those are the type of pics we were hoping for.
  16. Did the COA allow/permit/ok these driverless taxis? Or can any dipshit nazi just let their driverless taxis free on public roads?
  17. Because Dems in the leadership and worrying about bad politics have succeeded tremendously.
  18. How many live grenades have you thrown? Probably a lot based on his posting history.
  19. As a kid, so 40+ years ago, we would go to Turner Falls for the day. It wasn't too bad of a drive from granddad's farm near the Red River. Large swimming hole with a slide, smaller swimming holes downstream, or maybe upstream, from the main swimming hole. Also a scenic water fall. The area around Turner Falls was actually pretty nice. Of course, I'm remembering it through the eyes of a kid, and that was a long time ago. I know nothing of the thriving metropolis of Ardmore.
  20. I wonder how many of those falling deaths are because the person taking the camera jokingly says "Take a couple of steps back so I can get you in the picture" and the person does and falls off the cliff? Hilarious!!
  21. Yes. Look at the background. Drawers and cabinets all weird. Or just look at their expressionless, dead eyes. Oh wait, that part is normal.
  22. Professional herpetologists spend their entire careers arguing over questions like this. I have no idea what the official answer to your question is. I would guess no. edit: google tron say different species. Probably due to Mississippi river separating the two populations.
