  1. I’m in 78748 also and already hear a chainsaw running outside.
  2. Not that I think it is 100% true, but would urge you to read this about how Carter might have been a little mislead. https://www.wbur.org/hereandnow/2020/01/02/shah-of-iran-diplomacy
  3. No, it’s the word you are looking for. Minor details. People getting murdered = minor details.
  4. We (the US) have a lot of things going on in Poland and Romania. I’m sure there are probably training opportunities.
  5. I hate that we are even having this conversation, but I admit I’ve worn socks like that a time or two.
  6. I don’t disagree with you, but how many gun toters have actually read and comprehended the constitution? All of it. One, maybe?
  7. I think the solution to gun violence in this country is to treat anyone with a gun as a threat. Just preemptively shoot them. Cops, carrriers, whatever. That person has a gun, I have a gun, mine is in working order faster. There’s millions of them, I’m never gonna finish but you have to start somewhere.
  8. Probably 3500 judges, all appointed by a mobster.
  9. You’re a fucking moron. Go die in a corner with your dunce hat.
  10. I’m sure you’ll start it Aggie. Nobody can live under this thunderdome. I was going to challenge you to start another thread, but realized that was dumb, so I’m standing down.
  11. Sure, it's not CR-related. I didn't intend for it to go that way either, except, hey here's a fact, between COL, insurance and other stuff, you can't survive on minimum wage. It doesn't pay enough. But cookies.
  12. Fucking fuck, man, maybe this should go on the Greg Abbott thread. I just got my gas bill for this past month. $165.24. After not ever having one over $100 except in the coldest periods in modern history. No, I don't have a leak either. Bullshit. 13. Looks like an old time version of Melissa Gilbert.
  14. I won’t even get you started on the new CUI and associated designations. Completely useless and counterproductive.
  15. To be fair, I'm pretty sure she meant to say "some milk, and four heaping tablespoons of yogurt", but it came out the opposite.
  16. Nah, the excitement just made her nips hard.
  17. They are heavy, but not much more than a Leopard 2. Both of those are at least 15 to 20 tons heavier than a T72.
  18. My wife made a fruit smoothie this morning for breakfast, and it looked pretty good so I asked her what all she put in it. It was then that I found out there is apparently such a thing as "4 heaping tablespoons of milk". Must have been some pretty stout milk.
  19. Same here. Been into the office a couple times a week the last year and a half, including a dozen or so meetings of 75 to a 100 people in a large room, lots of meetings with travelers/foreign travelers in conference rooms, been on a couple of trips requiring air travel. Just been lucky I guess.
  20. I know an old guy who lives in South Padre and goes to Mexico a lot. He bought a plain white Hilux, claims he can drive it down there and is a lot less likely to get fucked with than if he was driving an F150.
  21. I bought a Nissan, the bed is small, the gas mileage is pretty shitty, but it gets me to my backwater fishing spots and I only have to commute once a week. I also have a tractor, I only need it a few days a year, but when I do need it, I have it.
  22. Yeah, in Texas at least, it’s the most worthless feature. Hail damage, frying your brain, unnecessary leakage, just worthless. What is the point if you don’t smoke in your ride?
