  1. That’s a good looking sandwich and pos rep for not hiding the knife scar on the paper plate. I had a fried bologna today but didn’t take pics.
  2. Yeah he lives under our back porch I guess. I have to make sure he’s out of the way when I mow the yard.
  3. Welcome back to this guy. Hadn’t seen him since October.
  4. It might all come to naught, but I think Cohen and his axe to grind might be bigger than Donnie Two Scoops thought.
  5. The funniest part was when everyone thought nothing was going to happen for a couple weeks. Oops.
  6. Or better yet, instead of making them write the essays or term papers, start making them grade or critique AI written essays and term papers. That would promote actual thinking and knowledge of the subject.
  7. I fuck up some Short Stop across the street too every now and then.
  8. Sure and I did the trip with a few lifelong friends, spending time with them was gold. Like these fellas.
  9. It was a weapon of mass destruction identifying as the cause de jour. The common theme being the weapon, not the motive. Rinse, repeat, more dead people.
  10. Yeah that’s strange trip. Well thanks for the tax dollars.
  11. Well the catching wasn't so good with the wading trip, but getting the fuck out of Austin and getting reacquainted with gear I hadn't touched since last October was nice. Was a nice day, fish just didn't cooperate. Left Austin at 3:40 this morning, hit Oyster Lake out of Palacios at 6:45 (had to stop at Hruska's for a sack of breakfast), got back home at 3:50 this afternoon. Man I'm tired. Days total was 2 sand trout, a huge gafftop, too many oyster shells to count and that was pretty much it.
  12. If you’re in Austin you might try this place. http://www.austinrockyard.com/en/products/boulders/
  13. When I was about 11 or so I went with my friend and his dad to their deer lease outside Llano. We stopped at the Big Wheel in Oak Hill for breakfast. His dad was an old, crotchety man, like almost 60 at the time. And bald. My friend was trying to squeeze butter out of one of those plastic containers onto his pancakes, misjudged his squeeze power. The butter ejected with a pop, flew up and landed on his dads bald head. We sat there in deathly silence watching that little pat of butter slide down his dads sweaty bald pate, waiting for him to kill us. He calmly reached up with his napkin and wiped it off, and said “use your damned knife next time boy, or I will.”
  14. Same here, and why has no one recommended Ameros?
  15. They need to do away with that ramp and make that traffic go through the light at 360. The reason that section is so bad is people trying to get over from the ending toll lane to exit 2244, and then the Barton Skyway people getting on and trying to go three lanes to the left to exit 360.
  16. If they would just finish it south of the river it would help a lot more.
  17. Supposedly they are loaded with lead. We also had a set until recently.
  18. Quick and dirty chili cheese dogs and tots. Realized as I took the picture that I left the chopped onion on the counter. Fixed that after the photo. Alas, I had no jalapeños but yes, there was a cheese hinge.
  19. Normal up top and then just explodes from the waist down. Built like a hippity-hop. I’d bounce it.
  20. Actually Matagorda means thick bush. Hairy chicks.
