  1. A reporter yelled at him "Are you going to stop killing civilians?". He didn't answer.
  2. So they both said they came to some agreements, but they wouldn't say what they were and wouldn't take questions. Hopefully Alaska still belongs to us.
  3. Did you know that Sydmill Harris' dad is the Frank Sinatra of The Netherlands?
  4. You have a bunch of people here who normally don't at all take part in idiotic conspiracy stuff. But everything about what happened there screams "Wait, what? That makes zero sense." The official explanation makes no sense, and the conspiracy angles also make no sense. It's going to get people talking on an internet message board.
  5. Nicolle Wallace: "In 10 years we haven't seen Trump touch Melania as much as he touched Putin today."
  6. Why is raping spelled out r*ping?
  7. Austin Butler really reminds me of Aaron Butler.
  8. Something else: Trump is a famous coward. And yet seconds after being shot by an assassin, he showed no desire at all to get off the stage. He didn't seem concerned at all that more bullets could be coming his way.
  9. Limas Sweed really reminded me of Devin Duvernay. Makes about as much sense.
  10. A lifelong conman who is in the professional wrestling hall of fame.
  11. "If I ever get shot on stage, I want you to immediately prop me back up in the middle of the stage, behind the podium, so that we can get some great pictures." Honestly it wouldn't be the weirdest thing he's ever said.
  12. I watched it live and couldn't believe what I was seeing. Seconds after bullets were being sprayed across the stage, they had him right back up in the exact same spot. The only argument I've heard there is that he was a 78 year-old man and they needed him upright to get him off the stage. But it makes no sense to immediately prop him up like that, and then just kind of hang out there until the cameras are ready.
  13. Thing is, he grabbed that ear before he went down.
  14. Fucking Ian Boyd. Hurr durr white guy to white receiver just like McCoy and Shipley.
  15. Should add that I have no clue how to explain the behavior of the SS agents. Especially that one dude who got the cameras in position just in time. I mean, fuck.
  16. I tend to lean towards the 'real bullets, real dude died, Dotard wasn't shot in the ear and they covered it up' version.
  17. Here's some IT stuff. All righty — Texas will have a lighter practice on Friday before holding the second scrimmage of August camp. We’re inching closer and closer to opening day in Columbus. For this update, I put some questions from the Q&A to our sources. “Does No. 7 on defense have to be earned?” A source chuckled at that one and said there’s no formal rule — he just thinks nobody wants to be No. 7 after Jahdae Barron reinforced the Thorpe-level status of the number. Michael Huff is overlooking every practice, too. “How healthy is Derek Williams?” Coaches are happy with where he is health-wise, though he’s not quite as explosive as he was the last time we saw him. He looked like a first-rounder against OU. That said, he’s a smarter, more consistent player as he enters his third year in the program. Fear not — athletically, he still looks good roaming centerfield. “Have they done the Torre Becton test that foreshadows win totals?” No. But they’ve had the best offseason from an S&C perspective to date. We’ll keep monitoring this. The program tends to be a bit hush-hush on that indicator and I try to abide their wishes. Pros and Cons of Each Running Back CJ Baxter has been mentioned first in three or four straight practices, though we continue to hear he’ll be on an early pitch count. Tre Wisner: Toughness, improved burst, fights through contact; still not the biggest back. CJ Baxter: Smart, patient, good burst for his size; could improve pad level. Should be good to go when he is finally released to play in December of 2028. -R5 Christian Clark: Elusive, balance, great lateral agility, “most talented”; top-end speed is good but not great. Jerrick Gibson: Power, downhill style, “2010s power back”; same top-end speed note as Clark. Here’s a bit of good news — when asked about Gibson’s ball security, the source said all the backs have done well protecting the football. “How will Justus Terry and Lance Jackson be used?” + NASCAR Special teams, especially Jackson, plus blitz packages. “With limited early snaps, each could step up over time and earn more.” The NASCAR blitz package is well known at this point, with Ethan Burke as the DT in that look — but that role could eventually be Terry’s. They’re still unsettled on the true DT to pair with Burke in that set but a number of guys are in contention, including Maraad Watson and Alex January. That Brings Us to Trey Moore “Did Trey Moore return to be a rotational player?” No, not at all. Moore almost went pro because he didn’t want to be an afterthought to Colin Simmons. The coaches pitched him hard on a variety of roles, all meant to enhance his NFL value. He will play off-ball but is also featured prominently in the NASCAR package moving all over the place. “Anything on Star?” While Ian Boyd frets about Star, I’m resigned to the idea they’ll play matchups this year. At times, Jelani McDonald will be in; at others, it’ll be Graceson Littleton or Wardell Mack. McDonald has had a quiet week at Star, while Littleton and Mack have split reps fairly evenly. That already tells us we’ll likely hear about a more 11-personnel-heavy scrimmage this weekend. “How good is Arch going to be this year?” “He’s going to be a stud, but that doesn’t mean there won’t be some bumps in the road,” the source said. It all depends on what your expectations are. Internally, expectations are high, but they don’t believe Arch is ready to carry the load alone in Week 1. He should improve steadily as the season goes on. Yes, a Heisman run is plausible. For a comparison, Cade Klubnik last year was ahead of where Arch is right now. That shouldn’t be surprising, but it does provide a solid waterline.
  18. Love the random quotation marks.
  19. Sorf of a faster Roschon Johnson imo.
  20. Have you only seen two movies?
  21. And he ran on lowering prices. Grocery prices specifically, as “groceries” was a word he supposedly coined. Jesus this all sucks so much. I honestly don’t think I can follow any of this anymore without losing my fucking mind.
  22. Story time! When I was a kid circa 1990 we were on vacation, and a Texas football player was house sitting for us. Well he invited half the team over to watch a Mike Tyson fight PPV. Lance Gunn shows up and goes to the wrong house. "Is this where the fight is?" All 6'4, 220 of him and bald. Evidently our neighbor slammed the door in his face.
  23. Hasn’t physicality been the knock on Shannon up to this point? Like he’s a huge, fairly athletic guy but not a strong blocker?
  24. Shannon is kind of an inverse Juan Davis. And I’ll believe him playing over Washington when I see it.
