  1. FCB...but also Klatt so that should balance the scales.
  2. San Antonio here. I went to Tesla's site and they don't directly serve my address but they referred me to PEG Energy...very appropriately named for Surly. Anyway, they came back with an online quote for my home based on the past 12 months of CPS electrical usage data I sent them. It was for a 11.6kW panel system, no powerwall. 27.5 after the 30% tax credit and $2500 CPS rebate. They offer 12 year/0%, 20 year/1%, or 25Y/2%. They provide some questionable math that shows saving around 24K in 25 years if energy costs go up 2% a year. Adding 2 powerwalls to the design completely blows up the numbers. Cost after incentives goes to 51K and change. Looking through this thread, this seems high. Does anyone have any recs for San Antonio installers?
  3. I have no idea but casual google for the 2022 list shows it coming out in 4 parts, last one looks like Feb 2021...so it would seem he's running a bit behind.
  4. Was pointed out in the replies of the tweet but any data showing Syracuse as a top 16 CFB team is probably fucked up.
  5. Looks promising.
  6. Man that thread, what a bunch of classless cunts. First of all, I would never in a 1000 years take in an aggy practice, in any capacity. So, there's that. Second, if I had a good enough friend who invited me to watch big brother's practice on the sideline (assume this is what he means by field access), and I was of a mind to go, I certainly wouldn't entertain any of the cunty behaviors they are proposing in the replies.
  7. The most hilarious part of the clip is at the very end when she displays her complete ignorance by proposing the OU-OK St analogy and both dudes are like "YES!". Clearly she has benefited from hot girl privilege. If she was average looking she'd be a suburban house wife married to an insurance agent.
  8. I got a parking ticket during my time on campus and I didn't even own a car. I was sick as shit one morning and borrowed my roommate's car to drive to the clinic on campus. Had no idea I was parking illegally.
  9. My guess is the latter. I'm sure the biggest issue with returns in that bracket are overclaiming credits. Still. It's a fucking incredibly stupid system and I stand on doubling its size is not good for the average person.
  10. Doubling the size of the IRS is bad for everyone. Tax payers and tax cheats included. It blows my mind that anyone could have a different take on that, unless they work for them or at another alphabet agency. Look into who gets audited, they already go after poor people and the people least likely to put up a fight. You think these new 90K guys are being hired to fix that? Haha.

  12. I don't have a Switch or any of the current console gens, you might watch a video before pulling the trigger. I will say the game's style and graphics are not at all demanding. No twitch gaming of any kind here, you just move your character and click stuff.
  13. $14.99 at Amazon for the One/X version. PS4/5 and Switch are all higher for some reason.
  14. Arguably the best part of the show at this point.
  15. A guy named Kurt Becker checks 2.5 of those boxes...All American at Michigan, Chicago Bear, and was a high school coach, doesn't look like he won a title though and 'resigned' in 2017.
  16. Herman is an above average head coach. His main problem is that he thinks he is a lot smarter than he is. Some of his fundamental beliefs on how to win in CFB are wrong, but somehow he still manages to be great as a dog and stay close in virtually every game. Based on his UH record, especially ahead of when his team realized he was shagging ass to LSU or Texas, I thought he was a great hire for us. His "Momentum is an illusion" speech/presser/wherever I heard him say that really made me question that almost immediately though. I am surprised he is not coaching again by now, I guess he is just milking the buy out...but that calls into question how bad he wants this. This being to be a respected, winning FBS P5 head coach.
  17. Speaking of full transparency...where is the Looch 44!?!
  18. I watched this recently again for the first time in a real long time and while it was good, I don't think it held up all that well compared to other 80s movies of my childhood. Definitely a candidate for a remake though.

    Vice Principals

Good show but it can't hold a candle to Eastbound and Down. Season 3 of that show is fucking epic.
  20. This game came out in 2019 on the PC and won a lot of audience and critical acclaim. They made a 'final' version of it and ported it to the consoles last year while upgrading the PC version at the same time. It had been on my to play list for a long time but I held off because it didn't seem like it would be my kind of game. No traditional combat, almost more of a choose your own adventure type experience than anything. I finally gave it a whirl recently and it's pretty good in a different from pretty much everything else way. Closest comp to anything I have played would be the two Planescape games, but even those had combat in the traditional CRPG sense, this does not. You play as an alcoholic hobo cop with amnesia in the middle of a murder investigation. Because of the amnesia angle you can take the character in a lot of different directions. It's sort of like if Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas were a video game in a completely made up setting with its own very detailed history and politics. You have 4 attributes and each of those influences 6 skills. The game is full of skill checks using 2d6 +/- any skill/circumstance/environment modifiers against a set number governed by relative difficulty. But a roll of 2 is always fail and a 12 is always success. It's also one of those games where failing a check can be 'good' and open up entirely new path ways and similarly a successful check can result in outcomes that you would not generally call a success. Extremely dialogue heavy (everything voice acted in the final cut version) so if that is not your thing, this is not your game at all. Other than that, I'd say this is worth a flyer for anyone that likes decision driven story telling games.
  21. Nolan Ryan documentary that I just heard of last night and rented and watched it on the spot. Rented on Prime, assume you can rent/buy it elsewhere. I'm not a baseball guy at all now but I was a huge Astros fan in the early to mid 80s as a kid growing up. This movie is great. A little pre-baseball and family stuff bookend the movie but it mostly just follows his career and has cuts from lots of former teammates, coaches and opponents. If you were ever a fan of his or a team he played for I think you'd enjoy it and find it worth both your time and money.
