  1. In your OWN home? Is that the law says? Good. Good good.
  2. Saw the Eagles (I know man... Christmas present from our son to my wife, her bucket list band...) from the 200s, felt plenty close to the stage and sound was impeccable.
  3. OK, this guy is my new favorite twitter follow...
  4. I swear I saw another photo of this painting a few days ago, but you couldn't see much of the face, just mainly the finger pointing, because I remember wondering what the full painting looked like (can't find the other one right now...). If you look at this guy's twitter feed, I think it's a really subtle troll job, case in point:
  5. Ain't nothing sensitive here except maga tears...
  6. Cool front blowing into Taylor right now, feels fantastic.
  7. Perry's (Perry Bros.) (apparently there is one left in Lufkin where the chain started) Was surprised to find out both Ben Frankin and TSO are still around...
  8. Another favorite. Just so sultry.
  9. Agreed. Just came to post this, rest in peace Christine.
  10. Was gonna mention, the DQ here in Taylor make s pretty mean chicken 'n' dumplings during the winter months. Also, on vacation last summer stopped at a DQ in Moorhead, MN, (right across the river from Fargo) home to the world's largest Dilly Bar. Been open since 1949, definitely old-school with emphasis on the dairy, only food they have is hot/chili dogs or a bbq sandwich, everything else is ice cream. It's only open from March thru October. Pretty cool place.
  11. So it’s ok for aggy to walk all over their sacred field, it’s only when other teams’ fans do it that they have a shit fit? I has the confuse
  12. I think he has been ill for a while, MS maybe, something debilitating like that. Could be wrong, but I think I remember Dale and some of the other DJ’s mentioning it before.
  13. RIP Johnny Walker. KLBJ gonna whip out the Bone one last time at 5pm today. Raise a glass to the brotha.
  14. Cool beans, I brought him up in the music forum a while back, could not remember his shag handle but remembered his great blog, the Analog Kid. Still visit it from time to time.
  15. Roger just dropped his new stripped-down version of Comfortably Numb. Personally I like it, I thought it worked great as a show opener. It's a curiosity more than anything, but a good re-imagining I think. Before lockdown I had been working on a demo of a new version of ‘Comfortably Numb’ as an opener to our new show "This Is Not A Drill”. I pitched it a whole step down, in A Minor, to make it darker and arranged it with no solos, except over the outro, where there is a heartrendingly beautiful vocal solo from one of our new sisters Shanay Johnson. It’s intended as a wakeup call, and a bridge towards a kinder future with more talking to strangers, either in "The Bar” or just “Passing in the Street" and less slaughter “In Some Foreign Field.” Here it is. Love R. The video is by Sean Evans. The mix is by Gus Seyffert.
