Damn, speed on LSU Defense is impressive.....

Charleston Southern fast though???    Good thing LSU is our every year SEC West Opponent.   Weird, but the last  poll on the rivalry showed that UF wants to keep the LSU series every year, and LSU not so much.

But then, UF fans just voted that they want to play tOSU as the most desired game.    So - masochists?

Try the math again

OK.

Miami:  17 + 7 = 24

Miami: 24 + 7 = 31

Miami: 31 + 3 = 34

Right now LSU has 33 points.  If Miami scores 34 points, that's one more point than LSU and they will be the victors in this game of American college football.

Actually I am.  I think whether you go for two depends on a several factors, the most important is how much time is left.  With 6 minutes left maybe that's what you play for.

But let's say you score one TD and close the gap.  Sometimes you're better off kicking a field goal (say 4th and goal, but you have the ball at the 20 yard line after a sack or penalty).  The odds of converting AND making a two point conversion are pretty low.  If there's three minutes left you might well kick the field goal (assuming you have a good kicker) and try to get the ball back and and score a TD on your last possession.

why the fuck do announcers use the phrase " x number of unanswered points"  when the other team eventually scores?

its not unanswered when the other team scores.    its "X points scored in a row"    they fucking used that with us yesterday  "22 unanswered points".... except they were answered you dipshits
