2019 is going to kick ass. The absolutely perfect piece of land just went on the market right across the road from my son's godparents in a little town just northwest of Chapel Hill, and we'll start work on our tiny house (foundation, not one of those death traps on wheels) in just a couple of months. Gonna put in fruit orchards and about an acre of berry brambles in addition to all the livestock and poultry.

It will be much more comfortable to be a hippie in the Research Triangle area than in this shithole I woke up in this morning. Hell, I may even feel friendly towards ol' Butterteeth again. Maybe.

Dude, I'm just south of Tyler. Hit me up sometime for some fishing, or a beer....or both.

Pretty sure east Texas isn’t the research triangle that he’s talking about. Only one they know is the one you ring when you yell come and get it!!!

Lol fuck. I glossed over his post just saw Chapel Hill and thought about the little Tyler suburb near me. Definitely no ground breaking research going on around here....not the kind he's referring to anyway.

Yeah I thought he was talking about outside of Brenham.

Ditto.  I kept wondering how a town could be smaller then Chapel Hill, Texas.

And then recalled that it is actually Chappppellll Hillll, Texas.  I guess their typewriter telegraph was touchy way back when it was founded by the Haydens (that's a too many clicks reference.)
