  1. Past hour
  2. One of them said a hot dog in a bun is a sandwich and the other disagreed and it escalated from there.
  3. I’ll never understand why some big cigar can’t step up and just get him on a C-130 for 3 hours…
  4. On paper, Cincinnati looks like they can be a decent ball club. They return their QB and a 1st team All Big 12 TE. They bring in spares from A&M at WR and Walker from OU/Wiscy at TB. They have some OLs coming back. On defense, Cincy returns like 4-5 of their own guys and 3-4 starters from other backwater programs like Coastal and NMSU. They have some talent including the mobster veteran DT, Corleone, who has NFL talent. The problem for Cincinnati is that Satterfield is an imbecile and should not be a P4 HC. I assume he’ll be fired after this season and they’ll try to hire Fickell back after he’s shitcanned going 4-8 at Wisconsin. Nebraska, as mentioned, has a now veteran Raiola playing QB. Dane Key, as Drebin said, is a stud transfer. Emmett Johnson has played TB there for awhile. They like him plus two others and all will get carries with Holgerson calling the shots. They return two starters on the OL plus two good OL transfers that started for years at ND and Bama. The defense is mostly home grown and we’re going find out if Rhule is as good of a developer as I think he is because there are a bunch of new starters in the front 7, only 2 of whom have transferred in to Lincoln. The secondary has a ton of experience as starters. I just think Rhule is a good coach and Satterfield is a bad coach. I take Nebraska all day in this one.
  5. The obvious answer is rent a midget to hold it. Also the only person under 27 reading this thread is @texifornia
  6. I stand corrected on name of OSU monster QB. Foster didn’t draw the flag. His tackle was hard but textbook and in the open field. It was the numbnuts reserve db playing on kickoff coverage team who did the taunting and changed the entire trajectory of the game. Don’t taunt a downed buckeye. Must’ve been a Big 12 crew.
  7. True, but my point was Goosby didn't grade as well run-blocking and there's no reason Stroh can't be as good as Conner. If we rank OL by importance in today's game, it's; LT C RT G's
  8. Chris Marshall sighting...
  9. Also, thought it was funny that rumors were he was boarding a plane to Green Bay last night and his camp and Dallas were like "oh no he just went to see a doctor about his back" this morning. mmmHmmmm
  10. Personally I just can't believe Jerry buried this news during the Boise State - USF game.
  11. You have the rapt attention of multiple 14 year olds reading this thread waiting to find out how to up their dick pic game, and you’re just going to leave them hanging?
  12. This is where I’m at, great player, rarely seemed to be a game changer.
  13. I LOVE this trade. I was resigned to accept that Jerry was going to be stupid Jerry and give him a fully guaranteed contract that is outerspace money. Instead, we get to trade him, get two picks and a day 1 starter, and will not have another anchor of a contract around our neck to actually rebuild for the future. The only thing better than trading Micha would be to trade Dak and get out of his contract and tank this year for the future. Also, good luck to Green Bay on this. That is a TON of money to give a guy with 1 career sack in the playoffs. Better hope that's just because Dallas sucks and isn't tied to his inherent inconsistency and/or injury in the future.
  14. I am 100% with this except for the fact that you gave a 32 year old often injured QB $60 million per year and is the highest paid player in the league. The 85 Bears defense won't save this team if Dak goes down.
  15. Someone on the Cowboys subreddit was joking about the picks - imagine trading Parsons for Mazi and Guyton, lol
  16. Yeah but this one new DT is going to solve all our problems.
  17. Mostly dead is slightly alive.
  18. Broncos get first 7.
  19. There is a bit of a difference there. You put your best pass protector at LT and hope he is a competent run blocker. Pass pro is the biggest responsibility of the position. Usually your best run blockers at Guard and hope they are competent pass protectors. Though Sark and Flood do not agree. They seem to be pass protectors first across the OL
  20. Oh I definitely agree. I know why they do it, I just have to kind of turn it off just because they tend to repeat most of the same things when you get 2 weeks before kickoff. I think they do a hell of a job, and I'm thankful to you, them, and everyone involved.
  21. True to some extent, but The Jones don’t feel that way. If they did they wouldn’t have traded for Pickens.
  22. If you look at snaps played without Parsons on the field, they are statistically the worst defense in the NFL. 7 wins is unlikely
  23. 29 year drought, one thing is the constant. Kenny Clark replacing Mazi just further shows how fucking awful Jerry is as a GM. That was your draft choice.
