  2. Wtf are the Bengals going to do with Tee? They should have traded him, you can't pull a Miami and dump a lion's share of your salary into QB-WR-WR
  3. Bozo, we can't respond to your particular experience. You've provided no detail. I don't know you. I don't have any reason to believe you or not believe you. I don't have any reason to know whether you have the evidence available to actually reach your conclusion. Again, if you want us to accept an assertion, you'll have to provide evidence. That's how it works. You don't get to just say things and have everyone believe you. You've made a claim, now support it. Again, if someone was treated unfairly, that is wrong and should be addressed. If a particular company's hiring practices are discriminatory, that should be fixed. But you seem to want us to jump from your individual anecdote to this being something that is systemic and prevalent. Again, the available evidence does not support that conclusion.
  4. I’m not blaming the personnel choice on Dak. im blaming him throwing the ball to a double covered shrimp. Also, Dak CAN audible out of a play. He knew the routes and chose to stick with it.
  5. Long pick-6 against JJ. Fucking ouch, they were offsides.
  6. Riley Nuttall, you say? Why yes, don’t mind if I do.
  7. Whew lord is that a disingenuous reading of the Tech/Oregon State game. They had <100 yards at halftime and and barely over 100 yards passing at the end of the 3rd quarter when we pulled everyone after we got up 38-0. They had a few garbage time drives for Maalik to pad his stats against the scrubs. One thing that gives me pause is how they got manhandled in the trenches at home by Indiana, a team with a talent index far lower than theirs. The final 30-20 score wasn't really indicative of how badly they got beaten at the LOS in that game. I get how good and well coached Indiana is and I'm not saying Tech is as good as Indiana, but both play a very similar style of football. Oregon needs to be able to run the ball efficiently for their offense to function well and no one has been able to run the ball on Tech this year, including Utah, who has multiple first round draft picks on their offensive line and is absolutely comparable or even superior to Oregon from a running game perspective. Regardless, it'll be at very least the 2nd best O-line we've faced all season and the most talented on paper. Also, Oregon hasn't been great against the run despite not really playing against a good rushing offense all season outside of Indiana. That kind of manifested itself again in this game where that little bitty RB from JMU was hitting the edge pretty regularly and having a good day even while they were getting beat down in the first half. Tech's running backs can do exactly what that kid was doing except they're both bigger, faster, and stronger. Two common opponents.
  8. Holy shit. that ball To Pickens was absolute perfection.
  9. There's your Pickens long TD down the sideline and it was done on 2nd and short..... not 3rd and long.
  10. See, here is the issue. You have Mole with an anecdotal story that happened to him, which contained mild inconvenience and a generally happy ending. And yet you respond with a YouTube click bait title. There's no real discussion to be had here. People get unfairly denied employment allllll the time. Minorities still get that treatment by a factor of a bazillion to one to white dudes. Nobody is saying it's good or should ever happen, but plenty, myself included don't think this explains Trumpism, because it's just not statistically relevant in the big picture. Especially for millennials, who remember, are still the most liberal group! There's a lot more motherfuckers working at McDonald's or as a framer than ever went looking for a tech or academia career. I mean at the end of that day, I agree with you with a lot of blanket progressive-ism and it's faults. But I see no one in here who would tell someone of any race or creed that got denied a job unfairly to get fucked.
  11. First, it wasn't triple covered. He was trying to fit in between the CB who is sitting a bit and the safety playing cover 2 shell. It was 2 guys and it's a sandwich throw. Pickens wasn't out there. Why? Because Schotty likes personnel groupings around certain plays. They run a lot of Turpin, Flournoy, and 2 TEs or that grouping plus Lamb. Look, you don't like the throw, fine, but WTF do you want him to do. Check down and get 5 yards and kick the FG, folks would complain. Give a guy a chance to make a play and it happens to be a gadget guy. Again, do you think Dak looked at the roster and says.... I want that midget who has no vertical threat to be my outside option? Again, this a fundamental issue..... Unless someone was injured, Turpin shouldn't be that option. FG was 95% plus going to be the 4th down option AFTER they had scored but taken off the board the play before because of penalty. So....... maybe the coaching staff? Perhaps.
  12. 20 years ago a box of this Christmas candy was 89 Cents. This morning at HEB it was $2.97….
  13. Isn't York a possibility to leave for the draft? He's not great but always get media love for some reason, so he seems like he will get drafted because of hype.
  14. Fucking Turpin. just fucking take the touchback.
  15. Miami defense seems to be sleep walking. Bengals offense making it look easy on this drive so far.
  16. Pitt Panther, Ben Sauls. He was very good for us. Why is Dallas wearing these stupid uniforms?
  17. Tua was morphing into Russell Wilson attitude wise. My understanding is that people were sick of Tua’s attitude. The concussion stuff alone many of us felt he should have hung it up for self preservation. Glad to see Quinn get his shot right now and he’s making the most of it. Many of us felt regardless of round, Ewers landed at one of the best spots to be able to play.
  18. You would think sark would be a better candidate than freeman
