SIAP... Missed this play 😎

Totally understand- it's a big time commitment although a great time. I skipped attending until my last year in the industry and have loved every year since then. 🍻

Glad you asked. It’s because smaller, poorer schools that once didn’t have the resources to fly scouts around the country wouldn’t be at a disadvantage. That’s it. But now, most power-conference schools have the resources. At least they did prior to NIL.

Things not going well for James Franklin [FIRED]

have you read the contract? does adidas have a no-cause out-clause before the contract kicks in? or a paid cancellation? -
He will be in Moloch's arms by 2028.

This year it was a frat boy. Last year, the kid that was really acting like an entitled obnoxious prick was a person of color.
-
Thieves will bitch about it, but we were going to win anyway, and it certainly could be offset by the 817 holds by OU that weren't called.
-
I see a problem with this hypothesis
-
Sure, but wasn’t he also quoted today saying that he would consult Putin on whether to provide Tomahawks to UKR?! This is very much a “believe it when I see it” scenario…

Detroit bitchass being bitches Really dude???

Tre had an outstanding game; found ways to turn 0 into 3 and 3 into 5+ all game. The OL was okay at best, Wisner was the running game. 35 rushes for 212 yards and a TD in his two games against OU. He has now won us an OU game and the return of the A&M rivalry. No joke a Longhorn legend in my mind from this point on. I agree this one was very sweet. I thought we had a path to victory (though narrow) and it largely played out (turnovers, Arch elevating his game, special teams), but I just did not see us finding a running game like that. That took it from eeking out a rock fight to, frankly, a decisive win. Yes, we got a break with no blocks in the back on the punt return. No, it did not matter. This offense is going to continue to be inconsistent. The OL still has a lot of issues, the young QB still has issues, there's not a ton of playmakers at the skill positions. We're going to drop a couple more somewhere along the line. But this one is going to be a core Texas football/RRS memory for me.

This is all I saw from that OU team especially in the 2nd half. Afraid of contact and flailing a bunch. Looked like on that return they were trying to get a flag thrown and not in a good position or even mindset to make a tackle

I love the 2:30 kick. More time for wax cup cold beer.

Flew down from Boston to attend the game this year for the first time since I graduated. The Cotton Bowl is a complete shit hole. Vendors near section 125 ran out of water halfway through the second quarter, standing piss in the men’s room, and the concourse was so fucking packed with people that it took forever to get anywhere. The City of Dallas running that stadium is a complete joke, the whole atmosphere is a gong show. It’s the most fun game of the season but that stadium needs a major renovation now.
-
That one was definitely not a block in the back.

One thing I've seen people mentioning is the fact that outside of baker, Campbell and Banks the other takes are not highly ranked commits. Which makes the ft worth kids a huge get. I know flood was part of the deal for sark coming to Texas along with banks. Does anyone think he'll be let go at seasons in? -
If it was frat boys, don’t be surprised. Entitlement is their way. Access to daddy’s credit card, roofies for their dates because they have no actual game or personality, and they were probably raised by Biff and Mitzi never telling them “no” once in their lives. Oh, and find a person of color in any photos of the traditional fraternities or sororities. You won’t. Sorry, but that’s a chunk of the student population.
