Watched it live, too. Wild sequence. Catcher's throw was the problem. It was low and away (foul territory side) that caused 3B to have to *dive* to his right diagonally on the ground just to catch the throw, which he barely caught. The Catcher's throw should've gone into LF foul territory, and the game would've ended the same way without the throw Home. 3B had to get up and straighten up (which gave the opportunity for the runner to break for Home) and hurry his throw Home, which was high as a result. Facts. These playoffs have been intense and physical.

Even bigger names today.

SIAP... I appreciate Galloway's insights:

ASU lost like 5 or 6 people from their entire 2 deep, brought in a 1,000 yard rusher to replace Skattebo and is somehow going from #7 in the last top 25 to mid teens and I'd just love someone to justify it besides "Well Texas really wasn't trying" or some shit. They have an All American caliber WR that missed the CCG and Peach Bowl back now too. There's some preseason cooking going on.

This book seems fun

Hopefully he makes it back to have some kinda NFL career. The way he dominated in high school was beyond impressive, he single handily took Hallettsville to the state championship game and then lost it in overtime on a trick play that was thrown to the receiver he was covering and he didn’t think the play started until after a couple seconds. He had 3,530 yards and 62 rushing TD’s his senior year.

hpd going to get on this in 6 months to never ... A heated Joe Espada began his postgame news conference by revealing that threats against Lance McCullers Jr’s family and life were made after today’s start. The Astros say they’ve notified HPD and MLB security about the threats

The actual quote, which is found in Franklin’s notebook at the National Archives and Museum of American history, employs the phrase “… who the enemy is.” https://en.wikiquote.org/wiki/Talk:Misquotations#:~:text=2017 (UTC)Reply-,War is when the government tells you who the,you decide that for yourself.&text=The actual quote in Franklin's,who the enemy is." We can agree that a perceived enemy is also called the bad guy, que no? -
Hahaha we’re still working on a name before we finalize. Have until we get her to the vet to finalize. I want a Tech tie or Chicago tie - it’s hard with a female dog. Payton after Walter is one. My wife likes Rory after his masters win. Both those names give the same problem you mentioned lol.

Great fight, probably fight of the night. Stirling v Erslan was probably in the running.

Time for another ‘my dog is awesome’ thread

God help you if you lose her at the park. "Addison come back! I have a treat for you!" cue the Chris Hansen crew coming for you. -

49/46? Damn, that third judge fucked Moo. lol

Challenger last round. Pretty epic. Didn't have the gas to finish, or his corner was blowing too many rainbows up his ass. I don't know, but I'd give it to JDM.

Still working on a name. I thinking we’re going to go with Addison. A tribute to when we lived in Addison and got maple and a tie to Wrigley Field.

Just a question, but do you really think the phrase"bad guy" was common when Franklin was alive? It doesn't strike me as a quote -
We put Miss maple down two years ago. Wasn’t sure if we’d ever be ready again. Took an impromptu trip to the pound today. Came home with this cutie.
