  1. The map feature also helps ferret out the backyard dealers that have several cars for sale but post as individuals.
  2. I got my burnt orange Weber Genesis at BBQ Outfitters in 2008. It was a bit nicer than what they offered at home depot. Still running strong 15 years later. I'd definitely go with Weber if you're looking for gas. A few parts have been replaced over the years, but they were readily available and easy to swap.
  3. This guy came cruising by me this morning before landing on the fence across the street. Red-shouldered hawk I believe.
  4. Corned Beef, cabbage sautéed in bacon grease and butter, and black-eyed peas.
  5. None of my people died this year - only one in the past three years. I have a buddy that hit with Pope Benedict, Loretta Lynn, Olivia Newton John, and Aaron Carter. His new nickname is The Merchant of Death.
  6. They routinely drop the Thermapen One down to $69.
  7. Demi Lovato (30) Richard Lewis (75) David Crosby (81) Harvey Weinstein (70) Val Kilmer (63) Jack Nicholson (85) 6ix9ine (26) Jonnie Irwin (51) Teri Garr (78) Liza Minnelli (76)
  8. That's Jay Arnold - former aggie defensive lineman. He's a Texas barbecue aficionado. Note the aggie ring and Kreuz Market cap. I sat with him for a while at the Troubador Festival in Georgetown over the summer. Nice guy yet a little goofy.
  9. The Walking Dead episode The Grove when Carol told Lizzie to look at the flowers before killing her was rough. At the time, my girls were roughly the age of the girls Carol was watching after. Ricky Gervais has a series called Afterlife which was great. There are several episodes in that series. My wife watched a series called This is Us. I watched a couple episodes, both of which had moments. I decided I didn't want to watch a series that makes you cry every episode. Several of the episodes of Jeopardy! following Alex Trebek's passing. The All in the Family episode when Edith was attached by a rapist. Try to watch this:
  10. That looks great. I'm going to stop by Stuffed this afternoon and pick up a couple Gambino's French bread rolls and give that a try with the leftovers.
  11. Did a 6# prime rib yesterday and it turned out pretty, pretty, pretty good. First thing my wife said - this sauce is really good. Commenting on the damn horseradish sauce and not my beautiful piece of meat - thanks @jimmyjazz.
  12. These guys are from last year. Their mom is back in the house again this year.
  13. The dog issue stopped being this thread's issue several days ago.
  14. Great Uncle in the Fort Worth area. Played golf with Byron Nelson and Ben Hogan and probably could have played professionally himself, but went into the Navy during WWII instead.
  15. I don't care who you sell a car to - take the plates, take the toll tag and turn in this form: https://www.txdmv.gov/sites/default/files/form_files/VTR-346.pdf
  16. Maybe they'll play the new Austin FC II.
  17. I think Austin FC wins against Wrexham, but Austin FC lost a match last year against the San Antonio USL team in the U.S. Cup. Nothing is pre-determined.
  18. A pinch collar will help with pulling - looks medieval, but merely pinches the skin when they pull.
  19. Barbecue joints have a lot of leeway when it comes to sandwiches. I've gotten sandwiches that were so stuffed with meat that you could make a second meal with what falls out (Liberty Barbecue & Stiles Switch) and sandwiches that are so thin they only have one side (SLAB BBQ). A fifteen dollar sandwich should be stuffed, IMHO.
  20. Jerry Callo

    Austin FC

    Um, it's a SuperDraft.
  21. I'd get one if it was in the voice of Darth Vader.
