    Vinyl

I just got this one for Xmas. It’s works well from the what I’ve seen on the half dozen records I’ve cleaned so far. Knox Gear Record Cleaner Kit - Vinyl Record Cleaning Kit to Reduce Static & Skips - Vinyl Cleaning Kit to Clean Dust and Fingerprints - Includes Vinyl Record Cleaner Fluid, 2X Disc Spin Record Brush https://a.co/d/2LruEI5
  2. Gundy is gonna lose and Reed will be a pre season heisman candidate on texags.
  3. They’re aggy. They live in Katy.
  4. Just a tip...an HEB produce guy told me to only buy the hydroponic strawberries because they'll generally last much longer in the fridge. He said if regular field grown strawberries get a lot of rain, their water content would be too high and they will spoil quickly. If you eat them within 2-3 days, it don't make a shit.
  5. My uncle gave me a party school ranking from a Playboy in the mid 80s. Could’ve been another porn magazine I guess. It was a card stock pullout. Each school had a couple of cartoons to go with it. I only remember two things from it. Texas was number one with the most popular place to have public sex was any bush on campus and Colorado was #2 with cocaine beating out snow as the most popular powder on campus.
  6. Would putting the land in a trust at least make the scam much more difficult to pull off?
  7. For my main few tools, I have DeWalt. For the one off tools I’ve needed in multiple remodeling projects I have Ryobi. I probably have 30+ of these tools. For the occasional use this set of tools get, it’s hard to justify spending 3x for DeWalt.
  8. More likely is that not everybody can cook worth a shit. Doesn’t matter if you grew up Cajun or not.
  9. My kids got me an Xbox Series X. My wife got me a pair of Blundstone boots. That’s all I got.
  10. As dark as you want to go. You just keep cooking it. The benefit is there’s no risk of burning it and you only need to stir it every 20 minutes or so.
  11. Had to make an H‑E‑B run at 3pm today. I was shocked that there was more parking today than on a normal weekday. There were dozens of same day curbside slots available also. Thanks Obama.
  12. Remind the missus that Aunt Flo is only visiting one of three holes.
  13. Always parboil and dry your diced potatoes before you fry them. They cook up crispier and faster if you do that step. A pro move is to put a pinch of baking soda in the water. It’ll create cracks and crevasses in the potato exterior and the potatoes will have an even crispier exterior with an airy interior.
  14. This is the only way I make a roux. It’s foolproof and perfect for us lazy people. I start it on a burner in my Dutch oven and move it to the oven once it has a light color. It only takes about 45-60 minutes with that 5 minute head start.
  15. We had Xmas with my parents yesterday. My mom has a cousin that has lived in Switzerland forever. He’s never really worked since he left the US in the 80s. He’s 65 and has a 30-something Russian wife. His dad casually mentioned that he’d finally gotten rid of his US citizenship and he splits time between Zurich and Moscow. For the first time ever, I heard he left the US because of undisclosed legal issues and to avoid the IRS. I now picture this cousin as:
  16. Holy shit, the bad guy finally shows up at the very end and he looks just like Norm McDonald.
  17. I’m in the last 15 minutes of this piece of shit. Nothing happens in this movie. I know it’s just setting stuff up for the next one but it’s scene after scene of “join us and fight” speeches with poorly executed fight scenes in between. It reminds me of those old 80s low budget sci fi/fantasy films you’d watch as a kid for tits and bush but with this one, you get all the bad acting and cheese with no tits and bush. Skip it unless you like being bored.
  18. Before COVID, I was short a few hundred points, so I took a 6:30AM flight from Austin to Houston, got off the plane and was able to immediately jump on a return flight to Austin that was boarding. I was in the office before 8AM. Which was earlier than I would normally get there.
