For me, corruption is the all-encompassing message.

Trump, his oligarch buddies, and a complicit GQP are rigging the country’s entire socioeconomic system against average Americans in plain sight. Frankly, it’s pretty fucking apparent and straightforward to point out with inumerable examples across the board. Plus, it doesn’t require a lot of higher thinking or complicated explanations. Finally, as a phenomenon, corruption doesn’t have an inherently liberal or conservative bias, and it’s not racially tinged or about any marginalized group.

Every ad, speech, or argument should begin with the thesis statement: “You are getting fucked by the most corrupt administration in US history.”

Then, follow up with umpteen examples based on the specific concerns of whichever audience is before you, whether it’s made up of old people (Medicare/Social Security), small businesses (tariffs/preferential tax breaks for megacorps), families (tax break for billionaires/environment and safety regulations) marginalized groups (they already know this), young people (education/student loans), etc.

Again, their corruption is widespread and out in the open, but Americans are too stupid or blinded by their hate to see how it hurts them. The gift is just sitting there, wrapped in a bow under the tree. Even if you have to grab, unwrap, and set it in their lap, do so.

Agree but it needs to be boiled down to a simple motto in few words.  Something like “Trump Tax and Steal” scheme.   And repeat over and over everywhere like pubs did with “Tax and Spend”.

Also on a recent PSA podcast they had an idea of having billboards all across america with ever growing digital estimates of how much Trump, his family and associates have grifted.  Loke the old national debt calculators that everyone used to care about.

Its head in the sand dude, we needed Gen Z men and we are losing them hard and fast. I don't think the trans issue affected them, it is naked propaganda, this will never win based on just what happened in the elections from 2024 onwards, but this is because the trans community is reeling and keeping quiet, THAT is the winning strategy, honey vs vinegar.

Woke politics however over the past 10 years have been bitter bitter vinegar from gender and sexual minorities. This made the news recently on another gamer drama, this is supposed to be a reporter at Vice

image.thumb.png.cd23b40650ce54a5f0b4b58e9053b11e.png

Why make stupid posts like this? yes I get it it was supposed to be funny. No, it was not funny and it was a poison pill, one of millions.

MLK Jr had it right he was angry he was more woke than he let on, but he knew what was the path to victory, honey vs vinegar.

That said this is not a part of my theory.

I'm not sure who taught you about King but he was most def a rabble rouser. The difference is there is was no internet so the problems were....over there. Now with social media marginalized groups are in your face as soon as you swipe your phone. If King's movement were happening today he would most def be in your face, annoying. Regardless, you guys are making it more than it is.

Young white men are breaking for Trump because it's easier to be an asshole than to be respectful. Nothing more. They see the olds in their life disregarding women and marginalized groups and they want to join in. They've been told that they are the top of the food chain and along comes this guy who says you can act like everyone else is beneath you too. It's nothing OTHER people are doing, it's just one group says we care about everyone, and the other group says we care about you. It's trendy to be a dick right now, and young people are nothing if not trendy.

The latter part is already baked in the baseline, Republicans were never getting 0% of Gen Z males, however the near 18 demographic went from something like 60% democrat to 44% democrat the exact stats are above, this is the woke consequence I have been warning about.

MLK Jr played the smart game, the I have a dream speech did not talk about reparations for example, and for good reason they wanted to win, they pushed pure equality. It was later that stuff like affirmative action started to creep in.

Looping back to the trans debate in sports, they should have pushed for a open circuit for all and a lower testosterone level circuit (many many years of tracked low T needed to qualify), but they wanted their cake and eat it too so they pushed for keeping the "woman" in the title and joining, it was ideology it was breaking fairness (weight divisions in boxing as a historical precedent) and it was verbally toxic.

The above would have been a perfect compromise that pleased everyone but the biggest bigot, but histeria won the day.

I tend to agree with Linux here. I don't have a ton of interactions with young males, but I've had enough to know that every single ones even the tolerant ones hate all the woke shit.

You can also watch any asmongold clips and very quickly understand how that plays out. Young people fucking hate it when a bunch of disconnected from reality suits tell them what they should think, it's not really that strange.

Yeah, cuz it's not hard to see. It's very fucking easy to see unless you have your fucking head in the sand.

I meant every single one of my interactions. Not every single young male. I think that context is pretty obvious in the sentence as I prequalify the statement

Quick edit.  I figured that's what you meant.

I'm a high school teacher of Juniors and Seniors, so I actually do have lots of interactions with younger students.

Not trying to be argumentative, but in my experience, young (HS age) males aren't really thinking too much about it, but they are overwhelmingly tolerant.

One of the things that has really impressed me over the last 10 years, is how good or tolerant high school kids in general are to kids of "alternate" lifestyles.

Perhaps it changes in their early college/work years.

It's human nature to not like change Linux. I honestly don't think it mattered whether it was sports or not, people are always going to find something to rail against in the area of equality. We hated Women, Irish, Italians, Chinese, Japanese, Blacks, Hispanics, Indians, Middle Eastern, Gays, Trans, and now we are currently back to Hispanics again. We've put a fence up for every issue, every step of the way. So as I said nobody wants to change and being inclusive requires some sacrifice that a lot of people aren't willing to make.

You can see how "not thinking very much about it" combined with someone pushing it on them for young men generally becomes "man fuck this shit" though right?

I don't think young men are walking around talking about how much they hate woke shit or are a anti-woke. That wasn't really what I was saying.

If nobody likes change there are people that are still gradients, some people like scientists change their mind on a dime based on the empirical evidence, a hillbilly MAGA will not change his mind even if Trump is outside burning his house down with him inside.

The point is strategy, honey vs vinegar, and the trans community was super hysterical for over 10 years roughly 2010-2020, I already posted about one of their jokes about raping and force breeding cis women, like what in the fuck are these people doing? It was radioactive vinegar squared at this point.

Yeah I will never support fascism even if I were ideologically neutral because of the Niemöller poem, I know its fundamental nature. But the trans debate even turned normal people like JK Rowling into a right wing rabbit hole.

I disagree. I have an ethnic daughter who goes to a predominately white school. These boys are out here still calling people racial and homophobic slurs. They might seem tolerant but that is not the case. My daughter, who is sitting next to me right now, says they understand how to behave in the presence of authority figures.

WHO THE FUCK IS “THEY”?

So true, besties, trans people need to just roll over and go away already. Forget fighting back when people call them child molesters and try to legislate their existence away. That makes people uncomfortable and then they have to become fascists

JK Rowling was always a bigot. She couldn't handle the criticism so she doubled and tripled down until it made her miserable. Much like Elon, except for the part where she isn't a blood mineral heir and didn't get rich because of someone else's ideas.

Elon Musk has always been a white supremacist, all his adult life however

JK Rowling was not an ideologue even during the first Trump administration.

These are two separate genesis.

Again more hysteria, I am proposing, ney demanding at this point that they tone police (which they have largely done, but out of fear, and not strategic thinking).

Linux you goddamned beautiful mind you, are you suggesting that Democratic leadership radicalized JK Rowling?

Leadership? no, but since the Democrats are a giga tent party, there are elements within that did enormous damage out selfish emotional needs as opposed to playing as a team. And yeah I do think they radicalized Rowling with continuous death threats.

Elon was always that way though, just based on the timelines.

So anonymous internet posters (who were almost certainly Brits) who posted JK Rowling’s address online (which is publicly available information, she lives in a fucking castle that’s on tourist sightseeing tours) are now part of this amorphous “They” who run Democratic politics. Got it.

Posted

Treating trans people (or any other part of the coalition) as expendable is a sign of weakness, to say nothing of the morality of such a cowardly stance. At that point, and with that track record, why should any other constituency trust the party to protect its interests?

Honestly they might have been from this side of the pond, I don't know why it would be limited to Brits

Now the question being do I defend JK Rowling's emotional response to dive deeper and deeper into a right wing rabbit hole? even with the death threats? of course not, that is a fallacy, you are neither right or wrong based on the hysteria of the opposition, but the key part is that she is within the traditional majority, she can be irrational and still win cases and win elections, not us.

Tone policing is not expendability, it's called reality. Even if I do think you should be what you identify as, their methods were clearly stupid.

Tone policing

You can't ascribe the annoying behaviors of terminally online SJWs to the party. Number one, the top down power structure of the democratic party very clearly did not endorse or participate in any "latinx" or "they/them" tone policing. Number two, not only that, the party even went so far as to promote Liz Cheney and other Lincoln Project conservatives at the expense of alienating the voters who liked what Governor Walz was bringing to the table.

There's just no serious argument to be made that (1) the DNC ever embraced SJWs or (2) this non-existent embrace of SJWs is responsible for Gen Z men moving toward Trump.

The scholars who actually monitor and research modern media have made a variety of observations and hypotheses, but one common theme is that the Dems basically ceded the online spaces for years, allowing a "Manosphere" to grow and take hold with that demographic, instilling toxic beliefs and misogynist, xenophobic values in them while they're in a vulnerable age. Dems arrogantly believed that they didn't need to put in any work, just like what happened with Latinos.
