Resident Evil 2.  there is no close second.

Speaking of cool shit in the local Nearly New... Harper's library has (or used to have) a resale shop with some weird and also some damn fine stuff. Def worth a look, if you aren't in a hurry.

ETA Harper is on 290 about halfway between FBurg and I10.

We send you ahead to check it out and report back and this is what you come up with? The photos aren’t showing up on my phone!

Ok, changing "when" to "and" makes sense.  That's been bugging me for 30 something years.

For nearly 35 years you thought that in a hit song about his fictional father being in prison for murdering his wife for cheating, Garth Brooks threw in a random line about his father not knowing how to drive a manual transmission?!

The epiphany must have been like when I realized it was “revved up like a deuce.”

Great post.  I thought the song writing or lyrics were wrong about how to operate a manual transmission.   It turns out I heard that word wrong and it stuck with me.  I had never talked or written about it until now, and I was corrected by the internet of assholes; you included.  I now know that "he never hit the brakes when he was shifting gears" was not the lyric (illogilcal); he never hit the brakes AND he was shifting gears (accelearting into the hotel; logical).  Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.

This place just keeps getting better.  Great forum.  Keep it up.

Soccer, then basketball.  Let's get rid of the flopping sports.

Flopping has made its way to football, too. Especially when trying to sell flags.

Mahomes is the biggest flopper in the league.
