OMG Hankerson, what are you doing, bro???

Edit: Oh man, that replay was hard to watch. Beautiful play call and it seems like Hankerson was too busy thinking what kind of TD celebration he was going to do

Nice D by the Beavers there and really nice presence of mind by the SHSU QB to throw that left handed to avoid the safety. It's crazy to hear the yardage stats. The Beavers have completely dominated this game and I feel like they're still going to lose. It kind of reminds me of a certain Longhorns road game that I really don't like to talk about

Poor Beavers. I've always had a soft spot for them but, goddamn, they are just hopeless

My daughter (no pics) is a freshman there. She is at the game. I'm hoping they can get a decent coach, find some NIL money somewhere and be competitive in the new PAC 12.  But shit they are definitely at Rock Bottom

My wife's family is originally from Corvallis and OH GODDAMMIT BEAVERS WTF were you thinking with that pass???

Anyway, yeah, my in-laws (GREAT folks) are from Corvallis and have been fans for generations so I just kind of adopted them. I have some great memories of some really fun Beavers games of the years. Tonight is not one of them. Haven't been any all year, actually

Interim or not, passing on that FG earlier would be fireable.

It really is. I'll have to ask my FIL and GFIL how their AD is. I'm wondering (hoping) they can find a really smart, solid coach from maybe a level or two down who can get things moving in the right direction (before inevitably moving onto a bigger, better program)

I am standing behind the bench. The oliIMG_0023.thumb.jpeg.b115de1895ba0f976fd3c38f2a1b41c0.jpegne coach for the Aztecs gave them an earful.

I need to island hop for a game in this lil shit hole before they get a real stadium. Looks fun as hell.

Whoa, that could have been caught.

Goddammit. Receiver should have made that play

Anyway, that'll do it. Enjoy the rest of your evening, ladies and gentlemen, and drink lots of water tomorrow morning to nurse those hangovers

454 yards for the Beavers while holding SHSU to 157. Just wow

It is so much fun going to a game here. They have one home game left against Wyoming on the 29th.

I love Corvallis. Cool college town. Far enough off I-5 to have it's own unique character.  To me Eugene is kinda bland by comparison.

I liked it too. Seems like a nice, chill college town. Funnily, my wife cannot stand it. I semi-jokingly brought up the possibility of moving back there some day and she flipped out. Ever since she got to UT, it's been Austin or bust with her (not that I'm complaining)

It's funny, I moved to Oregon from Texas 8 years ago. I love Oregon. So many people who grew up here though when they hear I 'm from Texas and Austin in particular, are like, "why would you move here?" Grass is always greener I guess.

Great game by the Bows defense. Best all-around game from the team this year.

Headed home soaking wet with a coffee from 7/11 to warm back up. It’ll work and no complaints at all. If any of you ever come during football season you need to experience a game here.

I am somewhat at a loss to figure out how Cal lost 34-0 to SDSU yet can win on the road at Louisville while the Bows beat the brakes off the Aztecs tonight by 32. College football can be such a wonderful diversion at times while making absolutely no sense week-to-week.

Folks from the Hill Country wish for a place on the bay.  Folks living on the bay wish for a place in the Hill Country.  If you are really lucky you can have both.
