  3. Because of how he handled this. He could have easily pulled the old coach move of “I’m only thinking about this season and getting ready for the next game. All that stuff is a distraction” and let his agent take calls. He didn’t have to be a messy bitch who loves drama and shitpoasting on Twitter. His ex-wife and kids could have made it to Baton Rouge quietly-or not at all— instead of flying them to BR on a booster jet. He acted like a messy bitch and created drama because he craves it. Ole Miss isn’t LSU but it wants to be a program on that level. They can’t publicly let their own coach treat them like a safety school. It’s like a wife who can handle a lot of bullshit but not being disrespected publicly.
  4. Yes, my point was he was getting starter money already last year before his playing time justified it. There’s obviously risk with anyone who doesn’t have a spot to play early or isn’t developmentally ready, but plays a premium position or is at a USC feeder school, for example, in that the upfront commitment is to get paid like a starter. I’m sure they’d love to have him back, but I bet he’s already getting close to the maximum they think it would cost to replace him.
  5. Probably yes and fatigue. Idk who decided we needed a game 3 days after a grueling tournament and traveling home
  6. Nothing broke Texas' way yesterday and as a result IMO Texas is on the outside looking in re: CFP. It is a bummer but will give Sark time to get transfer portal hopping and focus on off season. I will be thrilled if Texas somehow gets in but I just don't see happening especially given the committee's statement that championship games don't matter.
  7. We have lost exactly 1 game in the last two seasons to teams not named UGA or OSU, a 1 score loss to Florida. We took OSU to the wire in both losses we had against them. We 100% are a team that is feared. Insisting we are not a feared team makes me question whether or not you are a longhorn fan at all. Might just be a sock or troll account. Also we assfucked Vandy.
  8. You see how easy he makes it look?
  9. We did not. We let our foot of the gas, but we did not "struggle."
  10. The NFL WR Coach? You must be shitting me.
  11. The committee will absolutely keep Bama in at 10 if they lose. We weren't harmed by losing to Georgia last year. The SEC and Big 10 loser still gets a spot because Ole Miss, Oregon, and aggy didn't do enough to qualify.
  12. Yeah, you better bet Sark and CDC are pissed right now. It's really a huge fucking scam. My OU buddies are thankful we arent in and they think we should be in over them. It's laughably obvious to anyone who watches football that we are being treated unfairly.
  13. KY and MSU seemed to give us problems and neither is within a country mile of the playoffs. We struggled against Vandy, who seemingly has made the playoffs. And, we lost to FL. I bet more teams want to face us than you think.
  14. Lots of angry posting like calling other people retards and pussies now so I see we've actually gone back a step in the grieving process to the Anger stage.
  15. The loser of the Big XII title game should be nervous if Georgia hands Bama their 3rd loss and the committee decides to keep Bama
  16. Are you saying this because of the supposed ultimatum? Or because he is leaving at all. Employees leave jobs all the time and have a notice period to finish up their work. There’s no bitch move in that. Now if you are saying it’s because of the ultimatum then I agree. But why was there an ultimatum in the first place? Because Ole Miss wouldn’t let him coach. Now he has 100% of his time to devote to LSU. It would have been significantly less than 100%. Agreed
  17. Counter-point. The SEC loves this because it makes for great coverage, not only now but in the years to come. This isn't as fun if Kiffin decided to take his talents to Penn State.
  18. Both jets recently left Baton Rouge
  19. I wrote this in the other thread, but we would've moved up 1 spot if we had a bye week, with Michigan losing to drop below us. So we got awarded one spot for beating the undefeated, #3 team in the country. Cool cool.
  20. Got warmed up now.
