  2. You're going to get some not so great seats your first year, like GA or down the LF line or RF line in the sun. Those are not as expensive. I had seats this year in 103 (under the awning, home dugout baseline, looking straight down the 3rd base line so great for seeing shots down that line), but started out several years ago with just GA tickets, then worked my way into reserved, then under the awning, then close to behind home plate. My wife and I also had several more kids in that timeframe, so my number of tickets increased so I can take the whole family when we all want to go, or give/sell some of them on games we can't all go. I found my history in my email - it's a little unclear on the exact costs because nothing is itemized, you pay renewal in the fall, any extra costs in the spring, and seat gifts aren't broken out. I'm sure they do it so you don't have to explain to your spouse the large changes all at one. 2022, I had 2 tickets total (first season I had season tickets) - both GA. Total was $200 for the season ($99/per seat + a $1 fee per seat). I think I also had to donate $50 to the LHF to do that. So total 2 GA seats + donation was $250. 2023, I had 4 tickets total - 2GA ($99 each), and 2 Reserved seats in L3 ($175 each). No seat gift, but again, I think I had to donate at least $50 to LHF (I had donated more for football, so I was already good there). I also got a parking pass, which I think was $250 for the season (and totally worth it IMO). So total of 4 Seats (2 GA, 2 Reserved) + Parking Pass was just under $800. 2024, I had 4 tickets total, 2 Reserved seats in L3 ($175 each), 2 Reserved seats in 109 (way up under the awning, last row, $250 each), and I got a parking pass. The total for 4 seats (but in 2 separate sections) + Parking was ~$1,700 for the season. I don't remember what the seat gift was for the seats in 109, but I know there was one. I also missed my slot, so I think I had made a "Seat Gift" in fall for 4 seat gift seats but only wound up able to get 2 in 109, so part of that gift was wasted. 2025, I had 6 tickets total, all Reserved in 103 ($250 each), plus parking. Total for that all of that was about $1,800, but there was also a seat gift required, of I want to say $200 per ticket, so the total would be right around $3K for the 6 tickets, seat gifts, and parking pass. However, since they are "decoupling" football giving from Baseball giving, I have no idea what that will do to the get in price or seat gifts required going forward.
  3. Not sure what your financial situation is but for the most part America is one of the highest COL countries on Earth and leaving it will stretch whatever US savings or leverage you have further. If the idea is get to Mexico and then figure it out afterwards-- Investing a couple hundred thousand into funds like QQQI (Nasdaq 100 income fund), SPYI (S&P 500 income fund), or BTCI (Bitcoin income fund) can give you an easy life abroad as they pay monthly distributions. Alot of US banks and digital banks make currency exchanges easier than ever for small fees- Charles Schwab is well known for it, as well as a newer startup called Wise that gets a ton of attention. Robin Hood is rolling out a banking option soon as well to keep eyes on.
  4. I saw it once. It was more than I needed to see it. Reveling in violence as a society just begets more of it. We passed that point a good while back though.
  5. They were concussed many times. Which is why they act the way they do now.
  6. very shady returns 😎😎
  7. People like DDD hope that your attention span is no longer than a gif. I wonder how we got here. A couple weeks ago. Degenerates gonna degenerate. Words gonna words.
  8. The last part is probably why I left. Watching what should be fiction now possibly turning into reality kinda hits home with me. Hoffman’s kid is going to be in some really big movies. He’s not getting jobs because of his name. He’s talented.
  9. I guess a bunch of Longhorn fans are going to see Bowling for Soup at Longhorn City Limits
  10. So the FBI Director today testified that world’s most famous sex trafficker… wasn’t a sex trafficker? We have victims. And their testimony. And god knows how much evidence. I mean, this was a massive operation that lasted decades. WTF? This is off the charts for even these people. Please tell me this won’t be something else we sort of pay attention to for a day or two and then forget so we can move on to the next one.
  11. What's the old saying, "If you can't spot the asshole on the room..." Always seems to be someone else's fault in her world.

  15. you realize that other people read this and laugh at you, right?
  16. Probably American Dog w/o a human
  17. One thing my wife mentioned a few days ago is how fucking fast everything went. Was there a real autopsy? Did they go in and find the bullet that killed him to match it to the weapon he supposedly used? It takes a couple days normally to prepare a body but wasn’t Kirk’s body in AF2 the day after, maybe two days after. I didn’t believe the text exchange. It was too perfect. The law dogs have commented that the death penalty really doesn’t apply here — maybe they know that and are putting it out there to get the kid to get scared, crack and really confess not over a dubious text exchange.
  18. I'm here to pull for Arch, and I can't imagine what he's going through. Lots of pressure and expectations. It's painful, but "we'll see" as the Old Zen Master said. What I'm not here for is Bobby, Gerry, Scipio, Paul, Ian, Eric, et-fucking-cetera to try and diagnose the situation for me. You've already failed up to this point. Sorry you have to fill 15 hours of podcasts a week but your license is temporarily revoked.
