  1. Past hour
  2. Yes please but I don’t think the money is there
  3. Cheez It was having some fun when they ran their own self named bowl. Not sure if they still do this since taking over the Citrus Bowl sponsorship. The last iteration is what’s now the Pop Tart Bowl and both brands are owned by the same mega corp overlords. I wonder if they saw more opportunity for shenanigans with Pop Tarts or if they still have fun with the Cheez Its too. I’ll watch some on NYE probably.
  4. Holy fuck that was close. I had a 37pt lead going into last night. I had Kyren, he had Bijan. Kyren was a complete no-show for the 1st half. 1 pt. Meanwhile, Bijan put on a legendary performance. That sequence at the end of the 1st half was brutal for me. Bijan already started the game with a rec TD. We are full PPR so every single pass he caught just racks up points. I was thinking if Kyren isn't going to do shit, I just need the Rams to keep Atlanta off the field. They just held Atlanta to a 3/out and Atlanta punted. They could end the half with the ball, good field position so Kyren had a chance to get some points. And very next play, Stafford throws a terrible ball into double coverage and it's picked. Atlanta right back on the field and very next play, 93yd TD. That was a 16pt play. My lead is cut to 10 and ends up getting down to 3 at one point. Corum getting hurt really helped me, as they left Kyren in the rest of the game minus a few plays. He did get going in the 2nd half, especially towards the end. Got some big chunk runs, caught some passes. Ended up extending my lead to 15 but I worried this game would get to OT and it came so damn close. Almost every single thing that needed to go wrong, was happening. Even the blocked FG return, that takes Kyren off the field and Bijan comes right back on. Luckily Bijan didn't really do a ton in the 1st half. He scored 39 in our league, I believe 30 if it was in the 1st half. He was the entire Atlanta offense. Either they handed it off to him or just tossed him easy passes. I feel sorry if someone was depending on any other skill player on that team this week. Ended up being 13pt win but I've never had such of a rollercoaster of a game of emotions. Legit thought I was going to lose at halftime. Rams looked dead and like they quit. 11 years in our league, finally broke through to win it all.
  5. There is a reason he is a FORMER NFL scout…
  6. Random…but the SEC should adopt a uniform policy based on the NFL, if for nothing more than regulating pants length…and promote it as “getting players ready for NFL standards. Why NFL uniform rules have players feeling like a 'manneq...While NBA players rock sneakers of various colors, the NFL has strict rules, and violators can incur hefty fines.
  7. They share a family tree which (somewhat surprisingly) branches off from the sober and staid folks at your local Wesleyan Methodist Church. Holinesses started within Wesleyan churches as a “second work of grace”— sanctification and Christian perfection which follows conversion. Holiness Pentecostals added the “baptism of the Holy Spirit” which is evidenced by the charismatic stuff: tongue speaking, etc. Within that group, a second group decided Wesley’s holiness was bunk (“finished work”) and that the only acts of grace are conversion and Holy Spirit baptism. Then a third group among the finished work group tossed out trinitarianism and became Oneness Pentecostals. Snake Handlers are Holiness Christians and often Holiness Pentecostals but are marginal even within that group. I view these groups with fascination and some bit of sympathy. A lot of radical egalitarianism, a complete lack of concern with the mainstream of society, and a near total rejection of its aesthetics. And uninterested in temporal power and influence structures, just concerned with another world entirely. Definitely intense groups but not quite cults in the compound and discipline type way. Actual, real radical, counter-culture that does not get profiles in national magazines or the movie treatment.
  8. L Wingo is our #1 WR. Let’s see if he’d be a number one on the 12 playoff teams… Indiana no Ohio state no, not even number 2 Georgia no Tech no Oregon no Tech no Aggie no James Madison yes Tulane yes Alabama no Oklahoma maybe Ole Miss no Wingo and Mosley are 2s with Mosley being a 3 on other team Livingston is a 3-4 McCutcheon is a 4-5 OL issues need a complete overhaul but we also need a legit number 1 receiver.

  10. Swap physicals for exchange-traded funds (SLV or GLD) and use securities based lending. The effective cost of the instruments is no different than paying for your own vault/securities. And similar tax treatment too. Or use metals futures. They’re already margined, 60/40 tax treatment could be better for some.
  11. I used to not mind the Freemasons. I til they started replacing the furniture in my house with ever so slightly different but otherwise exact copies.
  12. Aggies put some legit dudes in the league between Achane, Garrett, Mike Evans, Miller
  13. I recall there were 2 issues with sidewalks and curbs on alba and later on Golf followed. There are only a handful of houses on Alba, in terms of facing alba and they are relatively small lots. Some of the owners complained that walkers would effectively be walking next to their front windows. This was clearly an exaggeration. Other street homeowners were concerned that curbs and sidewalks would be forced on them as well.

  15. I don't know what her game is, but it's not good for the rest of us.
  16. She's an ignorant cunt. Full stop. She hasn't learned much other than she lost her reservation on the grift wagon. Ifuck her
  17. Rigjt but they’re incredibly influential and deserve at least a genealogy type treatment. The actual Met policy aimed at Masons is that anyone has to declare membership in a “hierarchical organization where members pledge to support each other.” Which would seem to include Catholics, the Church of England, Lions, and Rotary too. For the real vintage, finely-crafted Eastern European boomer schizo take, look up Rotary conspiracies which I’ve come across in the wild. I never a knew a Mason who was secretive about membership. The rites and internal stuff was not for the public, but none of them hide membership (that I know of?). I guess with the bizarre anti-masonry of Scotland Yard you might. If 2/3 of your workforce is concerned about Masons that is a cry for help and not validation.
  18. Yup. Almost scriptural... Even considering the dining context.
  19. I always figured cowboy church was for those who wish to celebrate their religion through nstagram, as baby jesus intended.
  20. Their coach left, and the AD didn’t hire the guy they wanted. This isn’t a Big 12 thing, and more a “there are literally no rules in college football thing”. My guess is we end up with a shitload of Washington State’s guys.
  21. Best I can do is agree to hate them equally
  22. I don’t see how anyone keeps up with all this shit. When is it all over… I’ll check back in then to see how it shakes out.

  24. Yeah, I don’t trust that cunt one single bit. She’s up to something nefarious…as usual.
