  1. Past hour
  2. The world is much bigger, and better, than A&M. Thank God.
  3. I would even venture to label him as a Domestic Terrorist!
  4. Lol. Ok. Sure, not “gang” violence “community” good grief
  5. Frank Erwin and Jay Hartzell seemed to survive just fine in spite of students opposing them.
  6. One of the evergreen kids just died
  7. According to Google: No, the majority of mass shooting events do not involve gang violence; most mass shootings are linked to community violence or intimate partner violence. While gang-related incidents can be a component of some mass shootings, they are less common than those stemming from domestic disputes or general community conflicts, according to the U.S. Concealed Carry Association and Everytown Research & Policy Types of Mass Shootings Mass shootings can be categorized by their underlying cause, and these categories include: Community Violence: These events often occur among people who know each other and may be related to gang violence or drug deals. Intimate Partner Violence: These incidents involve a perpetrator targeting members of their own family. Public Mass Shootings: These are often thought of as random acts of violence in public, but they are less common than community or domestic violence events. Extremist-Motivated Shootings: Some mass shootings are carried out by extremists, often linked to white supremacy or other ideological beliefs. Other Types: Incidents can also be motivated by personal reasons, such as deep-seated grievances, or can be connected to criminal activity outside of organized gangs. Frequency of Gang-Related Mass Shootings A study by the Congressional Research Service found that events associated with criminal activity (which can include gang activity) and domestic disputes made up a large percentage of mass shootings between 1999 and 2013. However, research from the Gun Violence Archive and Everyday Violence suggests that mass shootings are more frequently linked to community or intimate partner violence than gang activity.
  8. Those fucking people!
  9. That's exactly what my first thought was when I saw the gun. Super thin barrel is a dead giveaway.
  10. Well at least Abreu isn't available tonight.
  11. Jason Alexander has saved the Astros season.
  12. Give Alexander another inning
  13. The concern is “why” on a lot of people’s minds but I doubt Charlie Kirk is the only target if this is not deeply personal and is a professional type thing. Kinda like the DC snipers were building up to something. Maybe I’m wrong but two people have been arrested/detained and nada and eye witnesses don’t have a good feel for the distance either. No doubt. But it should concern everyone this individual has not been apprehended and I hope will soon be.
  14. Re watch thoughts.. Townsend can both run and pass block. Washington can run block but is lost on pass block. Washington has great feet on route running, shook a guy great, but he didn't catch a decent pass after. Endries is the real deal. Amazing hands. Expecting some Jermichael Finley 2007 first half OU game shit from him at some point this season. Part of the reason Arch had some difficulty on 3rd and passing downs was all the max protect. Had only 2 WRs running routes several times.
  15. There are people on this earth whose goal is to unify and there are people on this earth whose goal is to divide us. Charlie Kirk was a divider. That obviously doesn’t mean he deserved to die or that what happened today was okay in any way. But if we keep giving the dividers louder microphones and bigger platforms, then events like today will become more and more common.
  16. I’ll share the full write up once it is posted, but Dunlap on OB said he just finished his OL grades for SJSU and a few things stuck out: -Goosby graded out above 80 on his scale which is considered very good -Baker actually graded out at 79.13 which is considered very solid -Stroh was 73 which is horrible and Umeozulu was at 79. He said if Flood sees stuff the same way he does, there is no reason Neto shouldn’t be given the starting nod against UTEP.
  17.
