  1. Past hour
  2. You say that like those are bad things.
  3. Saw it tonight in 4DX Real D 3D. That was one of the best movie experiences I have ever had. Watching that movie in any other format again will be a letdown from seeing it like that. Feeling the pounding that Hooper was taking in the cage and the boat being rammed was pretty awesome. Technology can be really cool at times and this was one of those instances. The 3D aspect just gave it a feel of being right there with them at times as well.
  4. Hopefully this can cheer you guys up. A near perfect girl but she has the crazy eyes and a tattoo. near

  6. I’ve watched it again. Lots of fan dramatics. Arch wasn’t near as bad as made out to be. Let’s start with the last drive pass to Wingo. Complete misjudge of the ball. He had time to react, maybe even stop, yet he keeps running. The throw to Endries before was garbage. Then you have the Baker whiff on the last play. The drive that ended on the Livingstone throw. From the opposite hash on 4th and 3. Assinine play call. The in breaking route was probably the best choice, but that’s a rather long throw for 3 yards too. On the 3rd and 3 to Wingo. Not a good throw, but there’s some rationale behind it. We motion Wisner out. The LBers stay put. I’m guessing Sark anticipated movement. So Arch passed on Wingo in the first window due to the LBer then there was some pressure and that along with the angle he throws it sidearm. As for coaching, 3rd and 3, why not Baxter? Why not run? On the half yard line. We have the advantage over the LG. Does Arch have the authority to change the play? Some of Arch’s crappy passes didn’t kill drives. The first play of game. Drive ends with a 4th down run. The Moore catch behind the LOS. We converted that for a first. The run game was decent but provided minimal threat to OSU to force them out of coverage. OSU didn’t seem to be conceding the downfield passing game. Our approach wasn’t good to offset. And they are a good pass D as well. I can’t imagine we will face many that can replicate it. There were some open guys, but there were a ton of covered guys and guessing some that appeared open but really weren’t. This game really shouldn’t change the season long expectations. There are positives offensively. The defense met expectations, at least.

  8. Today
  9. Looks like shit. Good for him though
  10. Patricia did a good job, but the best DC yesterday was PK and it wasn't close.
  11. Thought she was wearing a blinged out monocle
  12. Watched the ASU game for about 45 minutes. Nice to see how involved the students were for this game. Sloppy play, but Leavitt’s receivers missed several good throws. Good game for an opener against middling competition, but the line play has to improve quite a bit. Nice to see Tyson back and with a big game receiving to start the season. We go as far as those two take us.
  13. Ok now do % inside the 5. I saw some stat that Sark was 0-48 on 4th downs inside the 5 going back to his days as the Falcons OC. Cant verify the source, just some dude from Twitter but it sounds about right.
  14. My biggest concern is that with the loss, we can only afford 1 more regular season loss and still make the playoffs. None of the 9 win teams last year made the playoffs, so between the games @Florida, @Georgia, Red River, aggy, and Vandy/@MSST/@Kentucky/Arkansas we can afford to lose one of those. I would still expect us to accomplish that, but only if the offense can at least be somewhat competent. When we face a top 25 defense, we need to still be scoring once per quarter to get the job done, not once per game. In the post game presser, Arch said he hoped that this was his worst game of the year when they look back at the season in retrospect. Hopefully he's right.
  15. Given up, taken away, whatever it takes.
  16. I would trust a Texas high school coach over Sark for play calling in the red zone. Sark has proven over and over that he is incapable of calling the right play against top teams in the red zone. Sure Sark might be able to draw em up but he damn sure doesn't know what to call in a tough situation or goal line stand. Time to move on , play calling duties should be taken away
  17. Wife wanted to storm the field, so we stormed the field.
  18. Kick FGs today and win ugly 16-14. I never understood why you wouldn’t when you have an elite D. Saban won this way for years.
  19. Now that I’ve had a chance to sober up and get drunk again. all the concerns I had coming into the season were founded. We have no offensive firepower and we still have sark who’s the Dak Prescott of coaches. We can beat the fuck out of shit but well coached programs that win all the time make this team look like it forgot football from scheme to strategy. Good thing we are on the floor and no where to go from here but up
  20. Vince also flashed big time in that game against number 1 OU. Arch has been on campus longer than VY was at that point, and has had a hell of a lot more resources than VY ever had, yet he hasn't flashed against any team of quality.
  21. I never understood this thread title. Arch will be fine. Obviously a humbling game experience against a fantastic D and NFL coordinator- with lots of film study for our young QB to dive into.
  22. me too. I just naturally felt myself hating Alabama more at that moment.
