  1. Past hour
  2. And....there you have it. The policy of the new right is quite simply "white supremacy now, white supremacy forever." It all -- every single fucking thing -- comes back to that. The whole proxy of "no, we're just against ILLEGAL immigration," and "just do it the RIGHT way" has been tossed in the trash. See the simple example of the right having a conniption fit over....a US citizen who is one of the world's most popular artists being picked for the SB halftime show. He's a citizen. He's hugely popular. But....he's a dirty beaner who talks all messican and stuff. These people are just good old fashioned racist pieces of shit. We've had to fight them for the entirety of this country's existence, seems we're gonna have to keep doing so.
  3. He could. He could get out practically scott free, iirc. Texas pretty much says “if you wanna go, you may go”, right?
  4. #17 Tennessee @ Texas Gregory Gym 6:30 SECN
  5. At one point last weekend I was shaking my head at Stroh, Spencer Shannon, and Niblett all being on the field at the same time. That should never happen, unless we’re taking a knee at the end of a 63-0 game against some shithook.
  6. I read Forde’s column. It was a purely fantasy hypothetical for a wild coaching carousel. He did not predict Sark will leave, beyond saying that if the year continues to trend downward, Sark will start to feel pressure from the Texas BMDs.
  7. Saw it last night and really enjoyed it. I don't think it blew me quite as away as others. Perhaps some of the darkness of the movie felt too real. The point where Lockjaw comes for Bob and Willa is tremendous. The entire sequence with Sergio and his underground railroad is incredible. The portion in Borrego Springs is some of the best cinematography I've seen in quite a while. I'm bitter I didn't go see it in IMAX 70MM but we just couldn't make it work. I need to take in the 3 episodes of the Big Picture on it.
  8. And our newest Sooner folly: Bowman'd!
  9. Almost done w/ this thing - they are calling it the Wishbone Bridge, apparently.
  10. This is a game where a good chunk of the time, a special teams play comes up big.....fuck me.
  11. Even if he wants out, he's not walking away from the massive contract he just signed.
  12. Warren Moon can throw hands
  13. This is correct. An incongruence with the Nazi timeline is that the Nazis had 400,000 stormtroopers doing it's work in 1930-31. Trump cannot command that kind of force to do his plenary bidding just yet. But they're working on it.
  14. Burton up a post today chastising the OTF board for fighting amongst each other. That’s the most polite Texas message board in existence. Way way too much so, for my tastes. Maybe he’s looking for the world’s first 100% peaceful sports message board.
  15. Get ready for a heavy dose of the part time DB, WR, RB Ryan Niblett who will fall down as soon as gets touched for an electrifying 1-2 yards.
  16. The other two RBs who had a combined 3 carries for 4 yards.
  17. Sark doesn’t seem like the type to throw out the baby with the asswater.
  18. James Simon better get some damn carries. Guy seems to be decisive and shoot through the hole quick. With our OL, you can’t be dancing in the backfield trying to make a decision.
  19. Yet this will get little to no airplay or indignation from any significant media outlet.
  20. The God father of classics! Bomar'd!
  21. I can't speak to UT, but at TxSt, the faculty senate had no decision-making power. The senate president had the ear of the university president, and I'm sure there was collaboration and consultation, but the senate had absolutely zero power to set university policy. It honestly served more as a faculty union, which better explains why the state wanted to kill them off.
  22. not the hero we want. or need.
