What the fuck is that fall away drill. It makes so much sense now watching him the last few weeks. He is doing that a lot and it may work in one on ones but in game situations, it's a terrible way to throw.

This has very little to do with Charlie Kirk, there's a discussion thread just for media cave in.

Is the ball even in that clip?

Pretty sure her first post after her announcement of taking the season off was a picture of the boyfriend So yes. Undefeated

Geez. Who’s husband did Derek fuck for them to choose that elimination for him against CT?

I often watch movies without knowing anything about them - it's kinda nice IMO to just go in with a general sense of what genre it is. I knew that this was Stephen King and the general premise and that it is one of his earlier books (first maybe?). DIdn't know it was Hoffman's kid. I enjoyed it, I'm not sure if I took much from it but I don't know how important that is anyways. Not sure I loved the ending, it felt kinda flat. Agree with the criticism of Charlie - his lack of struggle stuck out to me. Maybe that was part of the point of his character (and of course you get to see some more about his background), but generally just being a good guy who is helping everyone else out and not at a breaking point over several hundred miles of walking without rest made him feel less real as a character. And yeah man, gory.

If you find yourself on the opposite side of Henry Winkler, you are by definition in the wrong.

The FCC chair Brendan Carr says that Kimmel appeared to mislead the public and that his jokes upset people and were not funny. Appear to mislead. Upset people. Not funny. Whatever happened to the Right offending as many people as possible and then falling back to the excuse that they were only making a joke and people need to get a sense of humor? If anyone doesn't see that the Right doesn't plan to ever relinquish power, they're blind.

Schlong undefeated? Unfortunately, if her entire team and coaches thinks she’s being abused by her boyfriend, it’s probably true and she’s just too emotionally attached to him to end the relationship.

Trump was asked a question about what Pam Bondi had said about hate speech, and Trump immediately attacked the reporter. It ended with “Maybe they (DOJ) will go after you next!”. You would think something like that would garner a lot of attention. But no not really.
-
Lol no they didn’t. It went on for another 4 or 5 seasons without her.

Covid/Influenza/Black Death. 2024 and beyond

https://www.statista.com/topics/11285/long-covid-in-the-united-states/#topicOverview Prevalence of Long COVID in the United States Because there is no test for Long COVID, it is difficult to determine how many people are affected by the condition. However, recent surveys from the United States show that around 18 percent of the total population may have had Long COVID as of September 2024, with around 30 percent of those who had been infected with COVID-19 experiencing long-term symptoms from the disease. Long COVID is more common among women in the United States than men and those aged 40 to 59 years who had been infected with COVID-19 were more likely to report ever experiencing Long COVID than other age groups. The states with the highest share of people who previously had COVID-19, with symptoms lasting three months or longer are Oklahoma, Mississippi, and North Dakota. In Mississippi, up to 39 percent of those who had COVID-19 reported suffering from Long COVID. It is estimated that over 38 million people in the United States have or continue to have symptoms of Long COVID. -

Right. I'm not questioning how someone could possibly make a fake image for a screenshot. I'm questioning how you do that without having everyone else on his discord call their local news station and showing what was actually said. How do you pull something like fake texts or discord messages off without having it blow up in your face in less than a month? -
Its truly insane what is happening.

Yea I think I am fucking them harder by keeping this. This is a legacy plan that they have tried for years to get me to drop by offering everything they can think of, but I just keep on keeping on. The plan is cheaper then their current unlimited plans and included Disney/Hulu+ for free. I will have to figure out a different way to join the movement.

QB1 Arch Manning: Doing his best JAG impression to fool scouts
DanTheHorn replied to LTtxfan's topic in Football
Yes but Stafford is moving forward and not falling back. I guess now that we have seen this throwing motion being part of what he was shown to do we can see if it is showing up in games and what is the result. -
When Colbert got fired, there was some cover provided by the network saying the show was too expensive to continue. But let's be real, that was Trump bullying CBS. So now Colbert and Kimmel are gone, and Trump is immediately taking aim at Fallon and Seth Meyers. Trump is threatening reporters to their face on the White House lawn. The inability of so many people to take a step back and see what's happening is truly frightening.

Holy shit balls is Intel (INTC) Fucked?
Nice Guy Eddie replied to immamac's topic in Business and Markets
I see that NVIDIA has pumped $5B into Intel to help keep them afloat. I'm reminded how Microsoft effectively kept Apple alive and independent in the 90s when they were struggling. You have to wonder if Intel can use this and the govt charity to turn into a powerhouse again on a long time frame. Obviously others feel so since INTC is up 25% today. -

That's why I included the endorsement of the director of an Ivy League cancer center. Here’s his cv if interested. https://legorreta.brown.edu/about-us/our-director You can go with him or someone named Willfully Horn that seriously believes 37% of infections lead to long Covid. -

Truly, this stands alone. Every MAGA and Charlie Kirk fanboy was waving this flag around as vigorously as possible. We've heard "FREE SPEECH!" shouted from the rooftops by them for a decade or more now. And while many of us disagreed with their misuse of the concept, we repeatedly explained that free speech rights were against government action. And the government using its enforcement power or coercive force (as opposed to a gov't official simply stating his disagreement with something, or even asking an outlet to share a message in the public interest) is the line that shouldn't be crossed. And now, every one of those FREE SPEECH warriors is fine with, calling for, and celebrating the EXACT thing they said they stood against. FFS, the chair of the FCC publicly wrote the exact opposite position of the one he's taking right now. How about y'all be ACTUAL patriots, and stand up for this country, freedom, and the constitution? Just give it a try, you might find it refreshing.
