  2. We could've traded Seager to the Dodgers for Clayton Kershaw to guarantee ourselves the first pick.
  3. Manny is a stud, wish they could come up with the $ to keep him.
  4. That would be very few threads since he hates pretty much everything.
  5. I bought my tickets to the game today. I have low expectations for the quality of play, which means there is hope that I will be pleasantly surprised by the Horn's play.
  6. I think Rick is pretty good on XM, now if they could remove that Bama ass kissing/Texas hating Chris Childers that would be excellent.
  7. Not an immigration judge, a DEPORTATION judge!
  8. A&M’s draw in the bracket is absolutely brutal. Have to beat Miami, Ohio State, Georgia and probably Oregon or Indiana in 4 straight games? Not a chance.
  9. wtf is a Reddit poll and why does it need to be posted?
  10. Ok, cool. Hook 'em. Hopefully you can find some other threads here about thinks you like. Good luck!
  11. Days family members
  12. My wife picked this one over the weekend and I went in blind. 10 minutes in and was thinking to myself "this feels like some mid-level Kurt Sutter bullshit." Got to the end credits of EP 1 saw his name pop up and laughed. I told my wife, "I'm surprised he didn't horn Katey Sagal into this show." Opening scene of EP 2 and - boom - there's Katey Sagal. Dude is a hack.
  13. That's kind of what I meant by I want other guys to stay for depth and continuity. There are probably 20 or so guys whose departure would upset me. Then there's another 20 or so that I'd prefer to stick around, but none of those guys individually would give me too much heartache. I'm thinking of players like Derek Williams, Christian Clark, FFFFfrench and Kibble.
  14. My prediction for 2026:
  15. Jammer is a pretty solid Twitter follow.
  16. So Juan how’s that move over to Flushing working out for you? Enjoying playing for one of the worst run franchises in pro sports in America?
  17. Unless more NIL dollars flow in, I don't see how the additional roster spots will affect spending decisions for most SEC schools or most college football programs. I think most schools were hitting their spending max at the 85 limit already. To use an MLB analogy, I think these extra roster spots are going be filled with guys from the portal who are like journeyman/ "AAAA" type player who who signs with an MLB team in the offseason with an invite to the MLB spring training with a chance to make the MLB roster if the stars align in spring training. Every now and then that works for a 4th or 5th outfielder or a middle inning reliever spot, but rarely do teams get a middle of the order bat or rotation ace out of these guys.
  18. This is exactly what's going on. But it's not just football - they're making serious investments in other sports, too. Byington looks like an A+ hire as a basketball coach, and it's amazing what he's already done this year with only 3 players returning from last year's team. I'd put Corbin/Lea/Byington up against any coaching trifecta at any school right now. The long term plan for the baseball stadium is pretty nice: https://vucommodores.com/vandy-united-ushers-in-new-era-at-hawkins-field/.
  19. So, a team with a sorry strength of schedule, and two losses, allowed aggy to just skate all season because of the ND mystic smoke, and when the smoke settles, we find out that both really had played a bunch of nobodies....with aggy floating to the top on the back of the Irish?
