The Leopards Eating Faces and Unlubed Dildo of Consequences Thread
Bookman replied to Horn Dog's topic in Cloak Room
The other day, I was going down on my girlfriend. I said to her, "Jeez you got a big pussy. Jeez you got a big pussy." She said, "Why did you say that twice?" I said, "I didn't." See, 'cause of the echo. -
But where you right about dinner being ready?
-
Yeah, well whatever it was, it was stupid.
-
I really wish Harvey had gotten to RS or shown up in the spring because she’s still behind on blocking and chemistry with Swindle. Bunton is a stronger blocker, even if she’s not as much as an offensive threat as Harvey. But she really got going offensively last night in the later sets
-
This isn't new. Texas has played 92 sets this year. Bunton has played in 55. Harvey has played in 50. Ames has played in 82. There are a lot times either Bunton or Harvey haven't played. Lauenstein has literally only played in 11 sets all year. Lauenstein didn't play against Ole Miss, either. I'm not advocating it or defending it. I'm not criticizing it, either. I'm just saying it's pretty normal.
-
Well that's not good.
-
Is that the Jester courtyard where we used to play volleyball at night in the 80s? ETA: Never mind. Yeah, it is.

Satellite images released by TG channel Dnipro Official show the result of the last night’s operation against the Beriev Aviation and Scientific Complex Facility. These are results: - one experimental A-60 flying laboratory, a carrier of laser weapons was destroyed - one Russian heavy military transport type Il-76 aircraft was destroyed - The factory also suffered significant damage, particularly the final assembly shop - In addition to the aircraft and the shop, a S-400 air defense position was hit, the consequences are difficult to determine from the satellite

RIP Balls to the Wall guy.

Interesting timing, just got an out-of-the-blue text from one of our cousins (married into wife's side of the family). He's military academy-educated, served as an officer, and has worked in defense-adjacent fields for 20+ years (no, I don't know exactly what he does, he can't tell us). My reply was because his text followed an OLD exchange about, well, dinner. This cousin has long been a "I know it's bad, but it's not THAT bad" guy. He's smart as hell, an engineer, and on the conservative end. He bailed on the GOP a while back, but reluctantly.

If your goal is to be in the LBJ library area... You can try to park on the north side of campus. Normally I would say to hunt for a side street and park in front of someone's house, probably north of 32nd street and south of 38th street, between Duval and Red River. However, since this is a Friday there are "resident" parking rules which will prevent you from being able to park on the street. It is a bit of a walk but it's free. The Austin Rotary Club has the rights to some parking lots north of campus. I've never parked there but I know people who do. Details are here: https://austinuniversityrotary.org/page/park-with-a-heart I would suggest you contact the person on that page about arriving before they "open". You may be able to park there early and come back and pay for your spot when they officially open. I know people who have done that for alumni band weekend, where the band folks have to be there hours before game time. Or you can try to park on the south side of campus: UT has a page that offers reservable parking south of campus. A longer walk to LBJ but you can reserve a place: https://parking.utexas.edu/parking/events/football2025 You can also park in state lots south of the stadium, close to the capitol but a bit of a walk to campus. Not bad but not right next door: https://web.tfc.texas.gov/public/ut-tailgating If you are dropping off folks and you are on the north side of campus, there is a ride share drop-off spot along the south side of Dean Keeton between Robert Dedman drive and Red River. It is a short walk to the LBJ library. This area turns into ride share hell after the game so it is a good drop off spot but not a good pick up spot. If you end up parking north of the stadium, head north after the game. Once you get to 38th or 45th street, you can move east/west towards 35 or Mopac to get out of traffic. IH-35 is a construction zone, so if you have a choice of picking that or Mopac, choose Mopac. Or as my California friends call it, "the 1". If you park in a garage, park as low as possible, as close to an exit as possible, back in to the space and maybe bring something to read for an hour while you wait for the garage to empty. -
This is probably the most unlikeable cast in recent memory. I don't like any of them.

I think the call was overly complicated. If the RB lined up on the other side, McDonald would have blitzed, and Taaffe would have rotated over. I think we were trying to trick them and then they played us by leaving our edge unblocked. Again, he is tracking the RB immediately. He isn't doing that as a spy. Whether it was just a stupid design or if McDonald busted and was supposed to rotate immediately rather than show blitz, I'm not sure.

Trumps War on drugs, Venezuela and Colombia
Brisketexan replied to Wally Fairway's topic in Cloak Room
Trump will just gargle the appropriate Saudi balls, hand them half the value of the Venezuelan oil business, and all will be well. Stop thinking like a world leader, and start thinking like a criminal. Then all of this shit makes perfect sense. -
"The Stahl House" is for sale at $25M. So, so, sexy....

In no world would he align on the opposite side of the field from his guy…. He may have busted but you don’t take a step forward at full speed on a “pressure” then back track to get to a RB who was aligned on the other side. Maybe not a spy, but I can’t think of anything else based on alignment, and his actions post snap. If that’s on McDonald then I’m going to guess he is significantly misaligned. Taffe is probably a pressure/add and if the RB peels out he goes with him.

I mean, if this doesn't get him the Nobel Peace Prize, then I don't know what will. -
Could this be the craziest coaching carousel of all time?
