  1. This happens a couple times a month or so. Leaving the house, going to dinner or a friends house or something. Waits until we're down the street or around the corner and asks "Did the garage door close?" Now, to me..I know I closed it. it's part of the process of backing out of the driveway...but those words automatically make you second guess. Turn the fucking car around and do the drive by. SMH
  2. Add me to the list of confused at the beginning of the latest episode. I think there's been a case in each episode of either my wife or I saying "I don't understand what's really happening". lol
  3. Could be for sure. Bringing up Erin spooked him so bad, he left his beer. Actually that's probably more plausible given the community's propensity for drinking shitty regional PA beers.
  4. Told my wife the same thing. So many similarities. And Erin's killer is definitely a separate thing, I think that's obvious now. Deacon Mark and Richard the writer- Were at the top of my list a couple episodes in. I don't think either of them did it though. Dylan/Jess- They're fucking dirt balls and are involved in something. Murder? I don't know. John Ross- cheater..not a murderer Billy Ross- sure got the fuck out of dodge once it came to light that Erin lived with him for a couple months. Leaving DNA on the Rolling Rock wasn't a smooth move. Agree with whoever said that not getting mentioned until now seems far fetched Father Dan? Frank? Kenny, her dad?
  5. I get what you're saying, but he has a penchant for hitting close/late shots to tie games or take the lead. Since he came in the league in 2012, he has 37 go ahead/take the lead shots in the last :30. Next closest is Westbrook at 29. Leads the NBA in "clutch time" points (defined as last 5 min of a game within 5 points) True shooting percentage in "clutch time" is 76.8%. That includes 2's, 3's, and FT.
  6. So the tiger dude is out on bond....for a murder charge. wtf? https://www.click2houston.com
  7. This. My dad's side of the family is from about 30 miles N of Delaware County. I think Zabel gets the accent down pretty well. I think the Wawa, Rolling Rock/Yuengling, hoagie and cheesesteak talk is a bit much. haha I need to check with my cousins to see what they think.
  8. That policy has changed..we had reservations. The patio is first come, first served (I believe)
  9. It's not new by any means and I'm embarrassed it's taken me this long to try it, but I finally got around to Nobie's. You know those meals or dishes where after one bite, you look at your husband or wife across the table and kind of smile and your eyes go wide? That happened last night after trying the Freak in the Sheets. King Crab, with squid ink pasta, uni butter, smoked trout roe and lemon. Top 5 dishes for me.
  10. I'm guessing this puts Southlake in the lead? https://www.nbcnews.com/news/us-news/bitterly-divided-election-southlake-texas-opponents-anti-racism-education-win-n1266102 Being opposed to anti-racist education makes you, what?
  11. This 7-10 Play-in is fucking regarded.
  12. Nice. That will be a welcome wake up call for the early bird flight
  13. A friend said Sam never even left the airport. he was en route to Indy and basically landed and had to get on a flight back home Mom was in Mexico. I just can't imagine. RIP Jake
  14. Taking my first flight in a year plus next Thursday. Gonna be weird. IAH>EWR
  15. I came in here to post about The Serpent, we started it last night not knowing anything about it. Watched 2 eps and agree with a lot of the stuff posted. Time hopping is annoying Monique is smoke Knippenberg is punchable
  16. That's awesome, I was spared from abortion too. :highfive
  17. Nice. We're heading back up on the 13th. Will be interesting to see the differences from when we were there over the Summer.
  18. I think that's how all stand-by's should work. Steel cage match for the last open seats. They can be held at the nearest terminal restaurant and can be wagered on.
  19. I'm about 95% sure I know the guy you know. We're friends as well. I think it was around that same time. Seemed like they were on/off a a lot, seemingly fighting all the time.. I hung out with one of Brandy's roommates/firends around that time. She could be a handful for sure. And yes finding out she was killed by a kid 20 years younger in an apt in Katy was shocking.
  20. -A friend/acquaintance was murdered in 2014. Brandy Renger..I'm sure some other folks here know her or at least know the name. Graduated from Episcopal in 1993 and went to LSU. Murdered by her 19 year old boyfriend. -The mother of a guy I graduated high school with, was murdered in the Sharpstown area in 2019. She was at home during the middle of the day...and a guy that had been sleeping in his car on their street, knocked on her door and he killed her. Took some money, went to the store and got food and came back to eat in her house. -A friends dad murdered his mom in 2018. They were in their 80's and he had an inoperable brain tumor that probably caused him to lose it. Sad shit, man.
  21. My wife used 4 different knives to make her breakfast and lunch just now. You know how I know? They're all still on the counter along with the cutting board.
