Be patient and treat them with love. When they’re on their deathbed softly tell them what you did to their daughter.

Don’t forget to get drunk first.

There’s some built up tension over the last few years between my brother and I which would be a much longer post but he pissed me off and we exited my parents house abruptly this afternoon. After opening gifts he’s takes his dog outside and lets him run around the pool and in the dirt and then just lets him come in the house. I’m on the couch talking to my mom and the dog runs right over and jumps up on me. Mud and dog slobber all over my pants and shirt. I get up pretty annoyed but not angry kind of waiting for him to come in and apologize but he doesn’t give a shit. Not a word. Instead of starting an argument I just told my family it was time to go and we left.

My sister (no pics) is old enough  now she watches those crappy Hallmark Christmas movies.

I get along with my outlaws for the most part.
However we have come to a breaking point.
One of my BIL just put ketchup on a finely cooked brisket that I prepared.
I’m close to jumping across the table.

Get a fucking rope. Let’s ride.

Note: not a single mother fucker asked for any type of sauce or condiment for my brisket.

My sister is married to a guy who may be the most annoying person I've met in my life. He was always annoying but as he's gotten older has taken it to a new level. He's the type of person who can literally never stop talking, even if he knows nothing about a subject. Last night during the KC game statements included "KC is pretty good this year right?", "what seed will KC be in the playoffs?", "Mahomes isn't looking so good".

Currently he's somewhere north of 300 pounds as well. My sister brought a 24x12x6 tupperware full of home made chex mix. My wife and I had been snacking on it over the last few days but it was still 1/2 to 3/4 full. At 1pm I served a lunch with brisket, smoked turkey, mashed potatoes, stuffing, mac and cheese, pinto beans and rice. At some point between 1pm and 9pm my BIL finished off the entire tupperware of chex mix.

Thanks a lot you fucking fat ass for eating what I looing forward to enjoying during football for the next week.

Did the Chex Mix have pretzels in it?  I hate the pretzels, and I would have left you a Tupperware with nothing but pretzels in it.

yes, and peanuts. You would have gotten a tupperware full of peanuts if I had done it.

It would have been stale by then. He did you a favor.

I was willing to take that chance

I have 5 BILs and 4 SILs. I consider myself incredibly lucky to have zero issues dealing with any of them.

/carry on with the bitchfest

Nothin a little woosty and a tick in the microwave couldn’t fix.

Lucky to be spending the Christmas break with one of my wife’s bridesmaids and her family. She’s hilarious, her husband’s a really nice guy, and the kids are playing well with mine even though they’re younger.

As a return gesture, I’ve made a few breakfasts and all of the dinners. They must not be good cooks, because the daughter has scarfed everything up and made multiple “this is the best …. I’ve ever had.”
