There, you said it.  Now That Guy can rest easy.  Never mind that Ryan Day had more coaching experience, more years as an OC, plus significant NFL experience.

The point is no head coaching experience doesn't make him unqualified. Don't get mad that you assholes get caught in your bullshit. Take a look in the mirror as to why you think how you do.

Y'all can argue back and forth on if he was qualified, or black or white or whatever, but he obviously should not have been given the job.

He's proven that.  He was screwing that girl ever since he became the head coach and promoted her because of it.

This isn't something that popped up after he was there for ten years.  It was his first shot at the big time, and he started fucking around the moment he got the position.  Whatever his resume said, he wasn't ready.  He didn't have the head or the stability for the job.

Why is everything so personal to you?

You think this is personal? After the umpteenth "unqualified" reference I CHOSE to call you guys out. I pass up 100 of these opportunities a week and let you guys make it, but looks like I had time today. Y'all don't hear yourselves speak is the issue. But as soon as somebody points it out here you guys go playing the victim and calling me sensitive. Bitch please, it's not my job to give you a pass everyday.

Ryan Day has won a national championship and Moore didn't.

Ryan Day was gifted the best job in the US. Michigan has not been as good as they were during the cheating era. They got caught and had recruiting restrictions heaped on them, so them falling back to 9 wins is perfectly fine, especially since they made the mistake of scheduling two playoff teams OOC both years. Moore put together the number 6 and 11 recruiting classes for 25 and 26, with 5 5stars. Had they just played a normal OOC they are a 10 win team and in the playoffs with a freshman QB. He is a shitty human being but that doesn't mean he can't coach. Day just lost to Indiana after the number, 2, 4, 4, and 5 recruiting classes in a row. He also lost to Moore twice in a row with that same roster.

The Day hire got criticisms here and elsewhere as well. Pretty much any interim elevated to head coach does. Day proved the haters wrong, Moore just proved them right beyond their wildest hatespectations.

Moore won a national championship as OC at UM and served as acting head coach during 4 games that season during cheatin’ Jim Harbaugh’s suspension.

he wasnt paid 75 billion dollars, was he? when even a single dollar worth of shares is actually delivered to him through vesting or exercise, it is taxed.

twice probably knows how it works. but you dont.

I mean, taxation of options on vesting is a screw-up of some sort, given that it results (if it did) in recognition of income.

The point that paper billionaires can monetize without liquidating and recognizing gains still stands.

Didn’t get criticized here, but many of olds laughed at the stoops hire.   And Riley.

not sure the reaction on Lanning or smart.  I think both were pretty hot names.   Saban himself has had many fails on his tree

maybe not racism?

Day was one game away from being fired last year.

Okay, the story is just getting more confusing. Recent allegations:

When Shivers stopped seeing Moore, he tried to fire her or, in fact, fired her.

Shivers then went to the AD and showed him all the tea. (Text messages, etc)

AD then fired Moore and Moore then went to Shiver’s apartment. Chaos ensues.

I want to address the firing in another post, because it reminds me of another infamous incident.

It is interesting that she will potentially sue the university and make off w millions considering she also violated policy. (Yes, I understand that she is considered a victim due to the power imbalance.)
