Has throwing up a shitty shot with less than 30 seconds left to get a "2 for 1" when the 2nd shot ends up essentially being a half court heave ever worked out for the Rockets? We seem to do it every game like it's an intentional strategy but it doesn't make any sense.

lots of times.  they do it every chance they get and it works out plenty.

Yeah it's silly. A true 2 for 1 should be 40 to 35 seconds left. Under that it's worth it to just get a normal good shot.

I can't think of a single time we've gotten two even decent looks when we go for it at 30 or under (which we do every chance we get). Yes, normal 2 for 1s do work out when there is enough time to get two actual shots up. You shoot with 28 or 30, the other team uses the whole clock and you're hoping for to get a rebound with 5 seconds left and get a shot off. It doesn't feel like anything I've seen us do with that all season would make that more valuable than actually just running offense for the first possession.

Capela is just lost.  I'm struggling to figure out how he ever looked like a good player.

1. the long layoff disrupted his timing.

2. he gained weight by working out too much and lost the precious burst, reflexes and hops, milliseconds lost.

3. last year was a contract year, the hunger and CONCENTRATION is gone.

To be honest.... calls not great for either Team tonight.   Refs aren't the reason Rockets are struggling tonight.....

Part of why it's close is our turnovers and missed free throws.

The other part of why it's close is every time we stretch it out to 4 or 5, Golden State gets a bullshit call.  Every fucking time.

refs aren't the reason, but it's ridiculous that gordon was t'ed up and draymond hasnt been

Green whines too much, but if EG used the wrong words then technical is warranted.

Green has 4 fouls... (1 undeserved)

Steph with at least 3....

Not sure any Rockets are in foul trouble
