Texas Football 2025 - We’re Never Losing Again!
SydneyCarton replied to closetojumping's topic in Football
I dunno man, you're a good poster, but so is Fondren & Main and I tend to lean towards his line of thinking. Can anyone know anything definitively? No. But I watch a LOT of college football games that aren't just Texas, and everyone has quite a few warts. I don't think I can remember a reason where all the top end teams have looked so weak and beatable. This feels like the most wide open season I can remember, and it's going to be whoever gets hot and gets their shit together by the latter third of the season. -
You're adorable.

Charlie Kirk Assassinated [Shooter in custody]
Hank Kingsley replied to Laguna's topic in Daily Texan
So they've had Tyler Robinson in custody for what, 10 days now? Still not cooperating? Here is the latest update from Kash Patel on Sunday via Twitter: What in the absolute fuck is this shit? You have the shooter in custody. I would assume they have access to his phone and computer. Friends and family are cooperating. Do they actually want to "solve" this case regarding motive? Doesn't seem like it. -
???? Wait! Do you mean to day that other weapons we used to sell did not have a “turn off its ability to work when I unilaterally decide they are a shit hole country…or Vlad asks” switch?

My point, using color for those readers who aren't afflicted with Asperger's, was that you've said all of this shit already. It should surprise no one that you went ahead and just more or less said it all again here. -
Because they’d be put on some list for triple tariffs or an accidental bombing

What the fuck is wrong with you, Houston? Non-CR thread

Bruh, you're forgetting that bad-ass skate and bike park that you can see from 45. It's not that I'm optimistic. It just seems like a pattern to me. I lived in Shady Acres at the end of the crime era around 2008-2012. It was not that fucking charming, and the homes were shitholes, and honestly, they've mostly been replaced by relatively soulless townhomes. Greenspoint has older homes that can be fixed up fine, not too differently than Spring Branch, and it's 20 minutes from downtown, much closer than the Woodlands and Katy. The schools do suck balls, though, no way around that. It's also close to the airport for frequent travelers, but not RIGHT next to the airport. I feel like there's opportunity there. Just, you know, an expensive one for whatever real estate developer wanted to make a move. -
If you asked me to bet all of my money that a 125 yard shot to the neck with a 30-06 would not look like it did in that video I would take the bet. The energy at that point is probably is enough to go through bone on an elk, depending on the bone. However, it is known that bullets can do weird things and an exit wound is not guaranteed. There are hundreds of stories where the bullet does not do what you thinks it’s going to do. It also depends on the type of bullet used - but I would still expect the damage to be “different”.

That’s some high quality aggy fan fiction about visitors to Kyle field

I know there's a lot of animosity towards him, but I'm fired up to see what Horner does next. He's got people throwing money at him to buy a team. Stoked to have another good team on the grid.

It would have been better if it had been narrated by Nancy Cartwright or an actual child.

How about you read my response in context to your OP. You stated, "Other teams have bigger problems than we do to be honest." How can we know that based on the level of competition we've played since OSU? You paint a more rosy picture in your OP and then respond to me with "yeah, well, I know by watching we have these problems." Yeah, that's my point. We know we have problems, and those haven't been tested against further good competition. So, how can you assert "other teams have bigger problems than we do" when we haven't found out at all yet what might be less problematic against better competition? The answer is, you can't. -

I don't think they really do anything. Keyboard/video warriors.

Oh yes aggy would cry like a spoiled brat having his/her candy taken away from them by their parents on Halloween. Much like they did on smaller scale when Sankey broke the so called "Gentlemen's agreement." All the usual UT people would be blamed for their influence starting with ESPN, the t-sip dominated Texas legislature, the Longhorn Network, who else? Arky does have a sizeable base of aggy like fans too.

You know this is the first year they play in our district. And they were 4A all last year. Since they have moved down to 3A, theyve been killing people. Hell, theyve been hurting people. Dont worry, Mox will stick to the game plan. Thats what we came to hear. Hope hes doing ok. Stage 4 colorectal cancer is awful
