Liverpool FC 2025-26: #20 in memory of #20 Diogo Jota
Bodowned replied to Firemans4Horn's topic in Futbol
should have a goal if not for blatant corruption, but I have no idea what weâre trying to do tactically here. how weâve set up in such a way that Konate is constantly the player on the ball needing to make decisions is beyond me. the difference between Arsenal/City and this team is what the midfield does in possession. their players are constantly rotating in and out of space to receive the ball and draw defenders and Gravenberch, Macca, and Szobo are always stagnant sitting behind the initial pressing block. nothing is easy in build-up. -
Tech has at least six guys Texas would really like on their roster. Tech is legit.
-
How are they different than the regular âyou bakeâ corn tortillas? Because those seem to turn out fine? OrâŠjust get fresh corn tortillas from most any Mercado?
-
Actually, Oscar got far enough forward that Antonelli should have left space but probably couldn't with Leclerc to his right. Racing incident.

TSA doesn't care about "drugs". Especially cannabis. The absolute WORST thing that potentially could happen would be they find something and turn you over to local authorities. That doesn't happen. Well, unless you're already being a total ass and they pile on by adding that. So if you're standing in a legal state, and they were to turn you over, what's going to happen? The cop they turn you over to is going to let you walk and be pissed off at TSA for the rest of the day. People carrying cannabis is just not something on their "give a shit" list. If a non-legal state, you still have the D8/D9 stuff, and that's legal everywhere. So they just don't care. They might if you had 5lbs in your checked bag, but who does that? This is to the point that on the TSA's own website, it clearly states they're not looking for your weed, and that their focus is on bombs/guns/weapons. I have a smell proof bag with a lock on it. It's kind of like a bank deposit bag, and I have a travel setup that stays packed in it. When I need to go somewhere, I add in however much of whatever flower I think I'm going to need/want, zip it up, lock it up, and that's that. I typically take anywhere from 1-4 oz of flower with me, depending on where I'm going, whom I'm visiting, and for how long. If it's just me for a long weekend, I may roll a handful of joints. If it's a week or two, well, then more. DO NOT FLY OUT OF COUNTRY WITH IT. If you have a vape or gummies, it's even less risk. So many people have vapes, they just don't give a shit. I keep mine in my pocket, and put it in with my other shit when going through TSA. Haven't thought twice about it.

Read what I wrote I said definitely getting in above us for a reason because I was responding to a moron who said absolutely no chance if we lose to GA. Every computer has 9/3 texas north of 70% ringer in. Itâs not a metaphysical certainty or anything but to say no chance is idiotically dumb. mall those teams you were talking about getting in probably have losses ahead of them. Michigan. Georgia Tech, USC, OU will all be prohibitive favorites to not win out. We just need that to happen. If it doesnât we also have river card outs with the chance for Oregon to lose twice, MSST to lose to Florida or Ole Miss or Domers to lose. No chance with a loss to Georgia? Incredibly fucking dumb man. Thatâs what I was replying to.

Almost every indicator screams Texas gets smoked. Thatâs what bothers me. My normally pessimistic attitude would just kick into top gear and Iâd proclaim Texas as losers - big losers. But, something feels a little off. I canât explain it. But maybe just maybe Texas beats their ass. On the road. With a weak OL and a leaky secondary. Arch and a few others lead them to a 6 point win.

That's crazy...

Well there it is

I'm sorry, one-time? Double that and make it monthly, for zero ESPN channels and a local broadcast channel.

âStupid kitchen shit I did while drunk/highâ is 1) awesome and 2) independent thread worthy, methinks. We all have such stories. Perhaps multiple.

Bout time to bump this bad boy. Crockpot Creamy Potato & Hamburger Soup Ingredients 1 pound ground beef 1 large onion, chopped 2 cloves garlic, minced 4 large potatoes, peeled and diced 3 large carrots, sliced 2 celery stalks, sliced 4 cups chicken or beef broth 1 teaspoon dried thyme 1 teaspoon dried parsley 1 teaspoon paprika Salt and pepper to taste 1 cup heavy cream 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese 1 cup milk 2 tablespoons cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water (optional, for thickening) Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish) Extra shredded cheddar cheese (for garnish) Instructions 1. Brown the Ground Beef: In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium-high heat until itâs no longer pink. Drain any excess fat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and sautĂ© until the onion becomes translucent, about 5 minutes. 2. Prepare the Crockpot: Transfer the browned beef mixture to a crockpot. Add the diced potatoes, sliced carrots, and sliced celery. 3. Add Broth and Seasonings: Pour in the chicken or beef broth. Add the dried thyme, dried parsley, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine. 4. Cook on Low: Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or on high for 3-4 hours, until the potatoes and vegetables are tender. 5. Add Cream and Cheese: Stir in the heavy cream, shredded cheddar cheese, and milk. If you prefer a thicker soup, add the cornstarch mixture and stir well. Continue to cook on low for an additional 15-20 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the soup is creamy.

A big part of this is emotion. Kirby gets his team rabid and frothing at the mouth to beat Texas. He'll have them believing we are a 40 point favorite. Would be nice if Sark could match that intensity. Otherwise he'll be squatting on the sideline looking lost again while his team is going down 14-0.
-
That's got to be a penalty on Oscar. Took out two cars.
-
We are less than a year removed from a game where we outgained Kirby by 100+ yards and would have won with a kicker that wasnât afraid of his own shadow.

I want that scene in 3 Kings where they force oil down Mark Wahlbergâs throat to be Michael Oliverâs future. -
There's a massive gap between Tech/Utah and the rest of B12. Tech was 10.5 point favorites in Vegas, 14 in my model.

Oh fuck you. Straight up trash by VAR -
He has all but 11 of the BYU passing attempts this season. Bachmeier is indeed a Freshman, but he's been playing damn well for the Cougars. He's not 'new.' Discussed upthread, but also thought BYU pulled the reins in the 3rd a little, and most definitely in the 4th. It was some boring-ass, plain vanilla play calling by both teams, with the prospect of a possible rematch looming.
