Iβll gladly admit that this is not an area I am as well-versed in as others. Iβll gladly listen to others on this and what they think because the economics that undergird a society is always a complex issue. I think this is especially true in a country as multicultural as ours. We have had a dominant race economically (whites) since our inception. Now we HAVE to share that pie. I am in favor of that. We all live once and we should, for the sake of wanting a thriving multicultural society, want to see the wealth spread. Everyone benefits from that. We are hurting as a society monetarily because we have a small percentage hoarding wealth while many of the rest of us are left to fight over scraps. Itβs ridiculous on its face that the wealthiest country in the history of the world has so many people either already living in poverty or just a missed check away from the poorhouse. To me this is a sign of when a society will lose its moorings if things do not change. You cannot have a small class of people worth hundreds of millions to several hundred billion and expect that society to be thriving. This should be a shared concern for everyone. I feel the angst needs to be directed there because that old quote comes to mind of a house divided against itself cannot stand. This doesnβt mean I support disenfranchised white men vs. minorities looking for their fair share of the pie. We all, college educated or not, need to look at the cartoon villains holding all the money tha holds our society back from realizing its promise of having an actual American dream instead of the nightmare it has become for millions of people. That sucks to me because we get this one chance at life and a small group of folks want the super majority of it for themselves. We can do better I think.

That was a collective effort of suckage--the offense went 3/11 on third downs, rushed for 52 yards at 2.0 ypc, gave up a safety off a blocked punt, Manning was sacked 6 times by a team that only had 3 sacks total up to then (4 games), 70 yards worth of penalties (albeit not all on offense), and 2 ints. Sark was lucky Manning wasn't seriously injured in that game. In the first half, the offense scored all of 7 points. And despite it all, Texas still had a slim chance to stay alive at the end. This was a game that effectively helped begin to reshape Sark's offensive scheme for the rest of the year, along with the offensive line. Had Sark won, who knows what dumb shit we would've witnessed against OU. And while I like the Muschamp hire, I hope in the end, PK serves as a stop gap coach in the grand scheme, a defensive coach that bridged between roaming the desert and an eventual championship defensive hire. But Sark's still going to have to fix his offense, and it starts with blocking. -
