  3. I was at UH in 2011 and I can vouch that Case Keenum would not have set all those records if it hadn't been for Kliff Kingsbury.
  4. Mongeese? Mongooses? Many much mongoosen?
  5. Currently, an NFL OC. Could we money whip him? I would hope so. Imagine what he could do for Arch. Dude coached Keenum, Manziel, Mahomes, Murray, Mayfield and Williams.
  6. The only thing he got wrong in his rant was saying "I hope we pull the upset next week." Even with how horrible we played Texas enters the Red River as a -3.5 point favorite with a 61% chance to win 😅😅 Like how?!

    Heat 2

    nope.
  8. This is why I dislike talking heads sometimes. The play at the 10:30 mark where they go 5 wide. He is criticizing fans for saying get rid of the football and telling us how if he threw it that it would get picked off. Then Ian is talking about how it would be a really long throw. Meanwhile they are on the left hash, and the two receivers to the boundary are going to run a pick. The outside receiver runs a stick route and the inside runs a corner route picking his man. The stick route is wide open if Arch just hits him on his break. Ball would be out before the rush got home. I know these guys see that. I don't believe talking heads are always honest. I have seen text messages of them getting scolded by coaches, university officials, and players families and told to clean up their "opinions" the next show. They need to keep their access. Again, this does not take away from the fact that the offensive line is atrocious. Just be honest in your criticism. The very play before they were honest when they said Arch could've hit the pick across the middle, but that was on a play where Arch was already successful. It feels a lot like some calls were made from some officials to say back off our boy. I honestly think Arch will eventually figure it out, but the 180 from all the usual suspects in a single game is a bit curious. Film Guy even made it a point to say he has no connections. OK buddy. You got the All 22 as soon as the game was over but no connections.

  10. I feel like it is inevitable, but not particularly looking forward to her as governor.
  11. I don't know how they chose who is going to Illinois, if it was by unit or they were pulling in soldiers from different units, but that sure as hell looks like somebody up the chain-of-command said "hey, let's send all of the guys who haven't passed the APFT in a while!" Because if that was from a single unit And I like how they are all carrying their M4s like some shit is going to go down on the way to the donut shop.

  13. Kliff Kingsbury the fucking QB whisperer
  14. I love this particular shoulder season Tahoe, with no melting snow and no crowds, but getting into October you begin rolling the dice on weather (looks like snow is in the forecast next week). Just spent a week on the west side of the lake and can’t really report anything new, though if we are going back to 2019 some NOLA expats opened Toulouse in South Lake Tahoe during the pandemic and it’s a decent way to scratch both the Tahoe and New Orleans itches.
  15. Lol at Trump’s unpredictability being part of some grand strategy. Trump is unpredictable because he’s senile, has the attention span of a goldfish, and doesn’t know himself what he’s going to do from one minute to the next (except drain the treasury into his and his family’s pockets).
  16. narrator: it was not worth it.
  17. I don't know. Ricky wasn't the top ranked back in California his senior year in high school and many had him as a fullback. And how do you feel about this list? 18. My daughter and I went to see it tonight. We both enjoyed it. It’s a fairly short movie at just over an hour and I thought that was the perfect length for it. I’m always down for a good dog movie and my daughter likes horror movies so for once we both agreed. I thought the dog was really good in it and I only went to see it because I knew he didn’t die in the movie
  19. He rang that dude up. Pretty sure I heard the birds tweeting around the drunk guy’s head.

    Getting old sucks

Bracelet seems apropos there nmn, god speed.
  21. Exactly. Mack drove that program into the ground, too. Ran the wheels off it and then kept going until the brake rotors gouged the pavement and shattered. Belichek was handed a smoldering pile. Now Mack is back in Austin and our program has cratered again. Let’s buy him a house in Norman or College Station and kindly tell him to get the fuck out. Again.
