  1. Past hour
  2. I certainly know the aggies don’t cheat steal or lie, so there’s at least one.
  3. I was impressed that he immediately ran to back up 3rd.
  4. I used to play in a shaggy league but it dissolved. Might be interested in another paid league if you need fillers. Back to draft matters, who do you all have on your DND list? I'm not touching these guys at current ADP. CMC. I'm hearing a lot of recent chatter that the pros want this guy at his current ADP. I'm not worried about general injury, I'm worried about THE injury. I'm an NBA guy and recent track record for guys coming off of calf strains with tendinitis in the AT isn't great. Plus I'm a jinx and I don't wish that on him. Jeanty - unless keeper league All Dolphins - getting bad juju about this team this year. Implosion seems like a real possibility. Breece Hall is apparently trending towards being more of a pass catching back in a 3 man timeshare. No thanks. I fear pretty big regression with James Cook. I have listened to a lot of podcasts and I have yet to hear anyone mention in regards to Cook that Josh Allen had a broken left hand for a big chunk of the season and the Bills were not calling his number in the red zone. Any others?
  5. Don't forget Medicare. We don't have time to get into the myriad subsidies that helped create and continue to benefit the middle class.
  6. Trump says peace is now up to Ukraine. I’m so embarrassed.
  7. Sunshine. At night, turned up loud. Damn good.
  8. Buddy, it sounds like you last watched tournament poker like 15-20 years ago. But yes. The point stands
  9. Now ask the average American to recite this to you. They can’t. Now say the word socialist to maga and you will invariably hear them talk about the nazis. The word socialist needs to be reclaimed as being a good word here. It’ll take a good long while to do that, but you have to. The AOC part of the Democrats gets this. They own the word socialist. Socialism is a good thing for people. The humor of magats railing against socialism while getting a SOCIAL SECURITY check is never not funny.
  10. For going to back-to-back semifinals, having a Manning at QB and being ranked #1, I feel like everyone, including some of this board, is kind of dismissing the likelihood of this being a dominant team. Who knows what will happen, but choosing anybody but Texas to be THE Team this year seems to be the trendy pick.
  11. Mad Magazine was brilliant satire and very clearly anti-Trump for several decades. There are dozens - if not a hundred or more - similar covers, vignettes, graphics, etc. Don't besmirch it.
  12. Countries with widespread or universal mail-in voting Switzerland: Known for its extensive use of all-postal voting. Australia: Utilized all-postal voting in a 2016 referendum and widely promotes mail-in voting for regional elections. Austria: Allows all registered voters to apply for a polling card and vote by mail without needing a specific reason. Canada: Non-resident citizens can apply to be on an International Register of Electors to vote by mail, although practical challenges with postal times remain. Germany: Postal voting is common, with 47% of the electorate voting by post in the 2021 general election. Originally for those absent or unable to vote in person, the requirement to provide a reason was dropped in 2008. United States: Several states implement all vote-by-mail, automatically sending ballots to all registered voters. As of 2022, these states include California, Colorado, Hawaii, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, Washington, and Vermont (for general elections only).
  13. L O L. Texas has always followed the letter of the law. {sarcasm}
  14. No. Someone commented they said “we wouldn’t see him tonight.” But that was it. Weird
  15. "Man this dude is old as shit."
  16. it was much more than this, flying B-2's is not cheap
